We made the best of it by dining out often. The kitchen may have been equipped but locating the plates, pans and utensils was difficult. The refrigerator was nice though. The carpet in the living room area was gross. There were at least 3 big stains and the carpet as a whole needs deep cleaning. The bed was comfortable.

Within walking distance of shops and restaurants.Pleasantly surprised of all the amenities like free parking, kitchen supplies, grocery items of spices and condiments, bathroom toiletries, and beach accessories.Would return to this site and condo again.Not surprised by previous accolades from former vacationers.Only drawback was access to a sandy beach without a considerable drive and a really small pool on the premises.

Great place to stay

This condo is in an excellent location and is clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated having a cooler available, as well as beach towels and beach chairs. Kona is wonderful town to visit, and this condo has everything you need, including a beautiful view from the lanai. Our only concern is that the bathtub is very slippery.

Late Winter Vacation

Very convenient location, with assigned location that affords the opportunity to walk down to Kona Village and surrounding areas and to also have easy access to the north and south highways. While not “on the beach” and there are buildings partially blocking the view, there is still a lovely view of the ocean that makes a morning cup of coffee on the lanai a real joy.

Convenient location great supplies in house. Nice patio for view.

The outside of the building made us nervous upon a first arriving. But inside the unit was just as pictured and wonderful. We really enjoyed our little view, having the AC, walkable location to the Main Street, and a great bonus, with all of the in-home supplies we had access to.

Location, location, location!

Great condo in a great spot in downtown Kona. Walking distance to shops and restaurants as well as the beach at King Kam. Easy drive to all the island activities. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It is in need of a spruce up as it's showing wear and tear (especially the carpet) but was perfect for our first stay in Hawaii. Management company was terrific and checked in with calls and emails to ensure our stay was great! Totally recommend!

The heart of Kona

This property is beautifully located - walking distance to restaurants, shops and best of all, it’s just around the corner from the farmers market with amazing fresh produce. One block off the main road makes it quiet and easily accessible. The keyed entry ensures security and the private deck with an ocean view was a relaxing way to spend an evening after a busy day. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and management was very friendly and helpful in answering questions about the area.
