Located in downtown Kailua, this front row, third-floor unit has spectacular ocean views in Kona Mansions condos.

Enjoy Air Conditioning Wall Unit for Comfort in the Living Area! While no lanai available, there is a Juliette Balcony/railing to enjoy breezes coming in.

King Sized Bed! Great option for 2 people. Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring installed throughout, no carpet!

Walk in Shower in the Bathroom! Washer/Dryer for Access.

On the 3rd and top floor. There is no elevator but it's a nice gentle open air staircase. The top floor is the best... quieter than lower floors, better breezes and nice views out toward the ocean from the breezeway.

It was a very lovely apartment like shown on the pictures! The check-in was trouble-free and we had a parking lot in front of the building.

A Great Place in Kona

Great first stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I traveled over 3 days early in front of our 3 children and grand baby. We just needed a smaller place for that time period and chose this place.We found the accommodation as advertised. It is conveniently located to town, just a short walk. The complex was very clean and quiet.

Love Kona Manaions

This is our second stay at Kona Mansions. Property managers checked on our stay and were very attentive to our comfort. The only thing that is difficult is that this property has no elevator to upper floors so if you have mobility issues that can be very challenging. Will stay again.
