Perfect.Absolutely everything we needed to have an incredible trip! We grabbed the beach chairs in the morning for beach swims and in the evening for sunset! The property is lovely and the flowers perfume the air around you. Many thanks for your hospitality and for thinking of everything.

Simply Amazing!

Condo was amazing! Had everything needed. Vicki, the manager had excellent communication and responded to our emails within minutes. Pool was great, grilling area was spot on. Only downfall….the vacation went too fast! Will definitely stay again!!

Fantastic! I needed for nothing! Only thing that iterated me slightly was the people upstairs. Their children stomped and ran for hours. But that isn’t the owners fault.Great location!

Fantastic base camp to see the island from. Pool area ideal for catching amazing sunsets!

Great spot to bypass the slower downtown Kona traffic to head out and explore the island's amazing beaches and snorkeling. At the same time, only a 1 mile walk to Bongo Bens (Kona's best breakfast) and the beginning of downtowns boardwalk and shops.

Lovely condo

We loved our stay. The condo was perfect for our stay. It was close to the downtown area of Kona. We loved to go to the pool and watch the beautiful sunset. The condo was clean and the owner was easy to communicate with. Would stay again.

Amazing vacation spot 😃

The condominium was just as shown in the pictures. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and centrally located to downtown Kona. The parking was right in front of our lani/deck. This condominium has a place to wash and dry clothes as well. Our hostess was responsive to any issues. This is a wonderful place to stay!

Everything was exactly as pictured. Vicki goes out of her way to make sure you know everything you need to know, and have everything you could possibly need. Condo was clean and well stocked with necessities. The Kona Coffee was a nice extra! The pool area was amazing with views of the ocean.

This is the one you want

This place is perfect for a couple or small family. The cleanliness, location, amenities and all the little extra touches from Vickie made it a perfect stay. She had EVERYTHING we needed. She had brochures for national parks, several books on the island, tonnes of menus with reviews for restaurants, condiments and coffee plus way way more. We enjoyed this way more than the Hilton Hawaiian village we stayed at in Honolulu.

Fully renovated well stocked condo in a well maintained older complex. Pool is oceanfront just relax close your eyes listen to waves crashing or keep your eyes open & watch the activities on the water.... We had a whale entertain us for 20-30 min along with a pod of dolphins.... Walking distance to restaurants & market. Vicki is the best host keeping you updated & having added special touches

It's all in the details

We had an amazing time in Hawaii. Vicki was in contact weeks before our arrival with all the details we needed to get into the rental, where to park, where to park if someone was in that spot. The one room place was all we needed since we were out exploring the island most of our trip. It was nice to be able to have everything we needed to cook a meal and store the leftovers too. Compared to our other rental, this place had so many things - beach towels, chairs, cooler, ice packs, and things like baggies, plastic wrap and foil. We would gladly stay again if we make it back.

This is one of the cleanest, most well-equipped rentals we have ever had the privilege to stay in. Vicki has thought of everything (cooler, beach towels, fins/masks, laundry detergent, etc). Her "master" binder on the counter includes menus, information on local activities, emergency weather procedures as well as local hospital/clinic numbers, etc. should they be needed. She even provides a white noise machine/earplugs for those who may be disturbed by the intermittent street noise. While we did notice the street noise it did not affect our stay. Additionally, the pool overlooking the ocean was a nice place to relax after a busy day. Should we return to Kona we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, clean and cozy condo

We were surprised to find fresh fruit and some ready-to-make oatmeal when we arrived on a late night flight - that was a treat! The place was very clean and lots of little extras - shopping bags, plastic food containers for hikes etc. The pool was simple but had nice tables and umbrellas so we took a dinner down and ate while we watched the sun go down over the ocean. Location was great. A bit loud with traffic noise but keeping the front windows and doors closed meant it didn’t bother us at all. Hot water took a while to arrive, but the shower was really good when it did. Thanks Vicki!

Fabulous First Visit To Kona....

We loved the unit!!!! It was super clean and very well appointed. Perfect amount of space for just myself and hubby. We came here for our 10 year anniversary in route to Kauai where we were married. Vicki had left a very sweet personal note as well as a bottle of wine. It made us feel super welcome and excited to start our vacation. It's in a great location with lots of great places to eat and shop nearby. We unfortunately were there when the volcano was having major activity and the park was closed, so we didn't get to visit there, but the unit is in a great location for accessing the north shores and south shores, as well as the volcano when open again. When we had an issue with the internet Vicki responded quickly with a quick and easy fix. If we ever return to Kona we will definitely be staying here! Thanks Vicki for everything.

A relaxing Hawaii vacation

This location is quite honestly the best of possibilities. The unit itself is air conditioned and has all the amenities you could want. A full kitchen with more things than I have at home, a couch, barstools, patio, and everything else. The owner supplied us with a whole binder of recommendations and tips for our stay. From the property you can go right to a collection of popular beaches or left to where most of the ocean side shoppes and restaurants. There is also an outside hangout with benches next to the pool, as well as ocean access. The owner was great in helping us out, from the aforementioned recommendations and how tos, to one of us having an accidental run in with a sea urchin. She helped us out and pointed to what was in the unit that could help us. We’re all fixed up and still able to enjoy our adventures. This was a better stay than any hotel I could have asked for. I’d recommend staying here 100%

What a wonderful little gem!

I cannot express enough how great this little condo is! Perfectly located, full of amenities, so easy to cook, relax, hit the beach, watch some football, you name it, this place has it. Granted I stayed by myself for 3 1/2 days but for me it was perfect. Can you hear the traffic? Yes, but it didn't keep or wake me up? No and it was nothing my little sound machine app couldn't drown out. The cookware was awesome and I really loved that spices and condiments had been left over from other folks for me to use. Even stocked with extra toiletries which was a nice bonus. The pool area is small but considering I was the only person there it was perfectly sized. I had no issues with noise or bugs. Would highly recommend this condo, probably great for a couple and us solo travelers.
