Beautiful condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful complex. The ocean pool is great, and we loved watching the waves crash on the shore. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are renovated very nicely.

Great home-base for a week of exploring

My husband and I loved our stay at this condo!! It was a great location near Kona and the convenience store out front was such a plus. The unit has everything you need and is nicely updated. We loved watching the sunset over the ocean and eating dinner out at the common area. We would definitely stay here again!

Grateful for our stay at this great Casa de Emdeko condo. Everything was comfy - sofa bed too! There was a hot water issue for the whole building, but appreciated the owner's great communication - even on Christmas Eve and day!

Wonderful Condo and Resort

Ronny is an awesome host - he responded quickly to every question and need. The condo matches the pictures! Everything is nice and new including the appliances. Casa de Emdeko is a small quiet resort with friendly guests and owners. We don’t want to leave!

Ironman World Championships 2023

Fantastic stay leading for a week leading up to the race. Ronnie was great to communicate with and the condo was as per the images. Everything you need is here and the pool is amazing. It is also really peaceful even though there are a quite a few condos. Easy parking. Also the shop out the front is very handy.

Perfect place for a perfect vacation

Wow! We had the best of times in Big Island and this condo was a great part of the reason why. We ate every night on the patio and enjoyed BBQ, amazing sunsets and a perfect view of the in the future. The condo had key equipment for the beach and the host was very efficient and helpful. We stayed at this property for 12 days. It was exactly as shown, very updated and clean. Kitchen was well stocked and organized. Central air conditioning was great. The Casa de Emdeko is a gated complex which is well taken care of. Ronny was very quick to respond to any questions. Would stay here again.

Fabulous condo

Our stay was outstanding. The condo is even nicer than described and Ronny (the host) has provided every amenity you could want (from oversized beach towels, snorkeling gear and a cooler to laundry detergent, shampoo, etc). The king sized bed is super comfortable, all of the linens and towels are high quality, the thermostat is easy to adjust, there is plenty of free parking, a beautiful pool and a lovely patio to sit on. The kitchen is well equipped and we were provided with clear instructions of how to let ourselves in the house, how to work the TV, the wifi info, etc. Ronny makes himself totally available both by email, phone and text. I can honestly say this was one of the best VRBO properties that we have ever stayed at.

My partner and I both absolutely loved our stay. The unit was clean, modern, and felt quite tech savvy. The unit had everything we needed, everything was in working condition, and we felt very comfortable. The apartment complex itself also felt very peaceful and was the perfect place the relax. This property is close to everything yet feels like your far away from the busy city. Surrounded by gardens and fountains.

What makes this property unique

As an owner who travels quite a bit I have supplied the condo with Shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, few spices, snorkel equipment, cooler, beach chairs, beach towels. Lutron remote control shades installed on all windows and sliders. I try and have everything here to make it easier and less to pack for my guest. I am available 24 hours and I keep my calendar updated daily. I respond within the hour and most times within 20 min. I realize there is many managed properties that do not give that service.
