Relaxing stay, amazing condo!

The condo was beautiful and very relaxing. The grounds are amazing with two pools, we especially loved the saltwater pool near the ocean. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Great stay

The grounds were beautiful and the unit was pristine. Check in was easy and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. We stayed to watch some friends do the Ironman race. While a little far from the start, the run passes in front the property but overall it was a great location for other key sites. The a/c made the stay great as it is hot and humid.

Amazing place!

Very clean and full equiped apartment. We stayed for a week; very nice location to downtown Kona, but you need to drive. Quiet place; the two pools (open intolérance 9:00 pm) have been really appreciated by our family!

The condo was exactly as described, pools were great and met some very nice fellow travelers. Manta Ray snorkel @ nite once in a lifetime if on the Big Island make the choice do go swim with Hawaii Oceanic.

Great honeymoon stay!

We stayed at Jackie's for a few nights during our honeymoon. The salt water pool was fabulous, the guests staying in other units on the property were quiet and respectful, and the birds in the morning were so peaceful. The kitchen was great and the place was clean. We appreciated having a W/D to use during our stay. My only complaint is that it would have been nice to have coffee / creamer supplied, but otherwise everything else was great! I would stay here again and I would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, clean, peaceful stay in Kona. :)

The property looks to have been refurbished fairly recently, and is very artfully appointed. My wife liked it better than any of the other properties we've stayed at in the various islands.

Very detailed and thorough check in process.

Overall a great experience and property location is ideal. Given the Hawaiian climate, lots of rules are food storage and cleanliness but Jackie is responsive to all requests.

Absolutely perfect

Such a clean, comfortable, beautiful place that was even better than advertised. Great communication with Jackee and all the things I was looking forward to were there. Location was perfect, quiet, and so convenient to everywhere. I’ve already told friends if they are going to Kona they need to stay here. Will go back for sure!

Nice stay. Condo is well equipped and in good shape. Very clean. The bed is very comfortable. Location is pretty good. Short drive to everywhere. Jackie was very quick to respond to my questions. I would recommend this unit and would stay here again.

A taste of summer

For those of us from New England, Hawaii in February is Heaven!. The property is close to beaches and all kinds of activities. It is fully equipped with Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and coolers. There are two beautiful pools, salt water and fresh. The sunset view is stunning. I would go back and stay again.

Has everything you need!

Very nice clean quiet place. It had everything we needed, truly felt like a home away from home. They also had beach umbrella, body boards, coolers, beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys for use. It was nice that there was a deli shop next to the place quick bites/snacks. The pools were very clean and the view was just beautiful from the place, we ight next to the ocean. Host was very nice and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable

My family of 3 (2 parents and 8-year-old) really enjoyed our stay at Jackie's. We received a lot of rules and advice ahead of time - which we appreciated as the mark of someone who takes care of their property. The condo and property are very clean and well-maintained, with beautiful plants, 2 swimming pools (1 saltwater, 1 chlorine), morning coffee in the cabana, and a sandy area with lounge chairs. Well-equipped kitchen. The beach chairs, beach umbrella, and cooler were wonderful to have. Jackie is very responsive. Only suggestion: it would be great if laundry detergent could be made available for future guests. We would love to stay here again!
