Exceptional bed and breakfast

Quietly, surrounded by trees and birds, the House of Ousse reserves you upstairs family suite of 45 m2 under a ceiling of pine paneling with: a large room (bed 140, desk, wardrobe. .), an adjoining lounge on one side in a TV area: sofa, desk, television, internet, DVD player, on the other in reading area: second sofa (convertible into 140 extra bed) and a mini kitchen ( microwave, dishes, kettle, fridge ...), a bathroom with toilet and a large balcony.
You are totally independent but nothing prevents you from going down chatting around a very hot verbena in the winter or a sangria in the garden in the summer.
Home and home simple and authentic, perfect for a nature stop, a professional mission or longer relaxing holidays in the countryside, in couple, family (with child) and companions on all fours.
The breakfast included in the service is VERY greedy, made from natural products of the garden, chicken coop or the nearby market.
At your disposal, downstairs, a large living room with piano and fireplace, a well-stocked library, a kitchen to share and two gardens.
Bicycles await you for nice walks around. Motorcyclists and bikes welcome (garage available).

Unique Location

Nous avons apprécié beaucoup le temps passé chez Marie. Le petit déjeuner était vrâiment unique et etait péparer avec beaucoup d‘amour. Marie nous avons donner beaucoup bonnes informations de la région de Landes. L‘endroit était trés silencieux et nous avons trés bien dormir. Notre séjour était trés agréable. Merci!!!

Très bon accueil avec notre hôte toujours disponible et de bon conseil; dans un cadre proche de la nature, et une maison de caractère. Un très bon point de départ pour une découverte de la région et de la réserve d'Arjuzanx

Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire à l'écoute de nos attentes. Elle connait très bien sa région et nous a proposé des visites adaptées à nos envies, d'excellents restaurants. Comme elle est greeeter, même si nous n'avons pas profité d'une visite par ses soins, elle nous a communiqué beaucoup d'infos sur les sujets qui nous intéressaient. Chambre et salon très accueillant. Excellent et copieux petit déjeuner. Une adresse où il fait bon revenir.

Bij marie verblijven was een feestje voor ons . De plek omgeving en zeker marie waren fantastisch. Heel schoon en gezellig en marie heeft iedere morgen zo een voortreffelijk ontbijt voor ons klaar gemaakt . Met allemaal verse producten zo lekker. Marie is zo vriendelijk we konden haar keuken goed gebruiken. Kortom we gaan hier zeker nog een keer naar terug . Bedankt marie

Séjour au coeur des Landes

Nous avons passé un super séjour à découvrir les Landes. Au menu, des balades à vélo aux alentours de la maison, ou en bord de mer. Mais aussi visite du patrimoine, guidés par les précieux conseils de Marie qui connait sa région sur le bout des doigts. Et ses petits déjeuners, préparés sur place à base de produits du jardin ou locaux, sont un délice. Je recommande.

Séjour calme dans un cadre idyllique

La propriété est située dans un cadre exceptionnel, très calme, très beau. La propriétaire des lieux, Marie, est super accueillante, du moment de la location jusqu'à notre départ, tout s'est déroulé sans aucun problème. En plus, Marie est passionnée pour la région, pleine de bons conseils pour les visites (il faut absolument lui demander à faire visiter la chapelle de Suzan). La suite louée composée de deux pièces, une salle de bains et un balcon est très confortable et bien équipée. On peut profiter du jardin de la maison (et de la barbecue). Un grand merci à Marie, nous avons passé un super beau moment !

Nous avons eu l'agréable surprise de trouver un lieu magnifique où tout est mis en œuvre pour nous faire passer un beau séjour. A wonderful experience!

Excellent communication with the owner, a delightful French lady who made me feel very welcome. My two dogs were also included in this welcoming. On arrival at Marie’s property she took me inside her lovely home and a cold drink quickly arrived. We chatted amicably before I was taken to the apartment which was very clean and comfortable. Marie helped me bring my belongings in then left me to settle. Facilities were good and I was very soon relaxing with a drink in her wonderful quiet and peaceful garden. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic, fresh fruit, juice, yoghurt, local butter and preserves, wonderful local honey, and, yummy bread. What more could you ask for. A lovely stay in a warm and welcoming guest house. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Marie es un encanto de persona. Siempre atenta y haciendo lo posible para ayudarnos. Incluso reservó en un Hotel cercano para que cenasemos a las 21.00 (en Francia cenan antes). Nos preparó un desayuno natural con miel y mermeladas de la zona y muchas cosas más. Todo riquísimo. Marie es un 10.

Not what we expected!

This is a very nice house and welplanned suit and Marie is a kind host who really want to make your eexperience good... But we didn’t like to have pets runing around our legs at the breakfast and in our bed at the night. The guest rooms and bathroom is nice but already ful with decorations and private things and thoes have not so much space left to the guest and the ” mini kichen” has no sink which means you need to make your meal at Maries kichen. The location is good if you just want to relax but the only thing close to you is a lace( 10 km) to go to the see or montains walking or any significant places you need to drive almost 1 hour...

accueille un peu froid ,surtout pour la sangria que vous ne boirez pas si vous y rester une seul nuit ; pour l'accès a la suite un peux étroit sur escalier en colimaçon ; pas d extraction dans le sanitaire a part une fenêtre en velux difficilement manœuvrable ; une très bonne disponibilités de marie pour tous les renseignement ; un très bons déjeuner a base produit naturel cuisinée ; un bon séjour pour notre retour de vacance .
