New house full foot furnished 66 m2 in subdivision, bright, with 2 terraces in the South East for dinner and terrace in the north-west for breakfast overlooking the hill, kitchen open to the living room with new sofa bed and bay -covered terrace and garden, 2 bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with bath, pantry with water heater, WC, 2 sunbathing for the garden, local grocery store open from 7.30am to 8pm in the summer, bakery, restaurant , café tabac, bus stop, 8 minutes walk, supermarket and various shops in Crest (5 km)
You can enjoy the pleasure of the sun, swimming (river 8 minutes walk), walks and hikes in the Vercors, ideal for a relaxing stay, family or friends or sports, discover the mountainous landscapes of the region, the Omblèze gorges with hiking departures, the Druise waterfall where you can swim, the Saou forest, its typical village and its 3 beaks, the perched villages with a cachet like Cobonne or Suze, visits to the cellars the traditional Clairette de Die, lavender distillery, many craft markets ...... sunny, calm, welcoming ....

Séjour au top

Le gite, situé dans un petit lotissement calme, se trouve dans une région magnifique, propice à de nombreuses balades dans des coins splendides. A 15 mm à pied du gîte on peut rejoindre une petite plage au bord de la rivière "La Drôme" avec une eau bleue translucide ou il fait bon se baigner. La propriétaire, Anne, est très sympatique et de très bons conseils pour découvrir la région. Le gîte est agréable et entouré d'un joli petit jardin fleuri et entièrement clôturé bien pratique pour nos chiens. Bref nous avons passé de très chouettes vacances.

Superbes vacances

Super semaine passée dans cette maison très agreable ,bien équipée..avec une belle terrasse..( 2 coins exterieurs selon l'heure et selon l'envie de soleil ou pas)terrain clôturé, au top pour notre chien! Découverte d'une très belle region avec sesdepetits coins de paradis!

Maison très agréable et calme, située tout proche de la rivière et dans une très belle région. Le jardin entièrement clôturé ma permis d'y venir avec mes 2 ( gros ) chiens ce qui est un vrai plus. Je recommande a 100%

Long week-end du mois de mai dans la Drôme dans cette maison très agréable, au calme, proche de commerces à pied (boulangerie, petit supermarché, divers restaurants), plusieurs sentiers de balade à 100 m... Nos chiennes étaient en parfaite sécurité dans le jardin, merci à la propriétaire des les accepter ! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir et nous recommandons.

Une charmante maison.

La location est très bien placée, les plages de la Drôme sont toutes proches, une supérette, une bonne boulangerie et un café restaurant tabac sont à 300 m. Elle est bien équipée, lumineuse, bien agréable à vivre. Les matelas sont bons nous y avons bien dormi. Cette maison est parfaite pour une famille avec chien car l’agréable jardin est bien clôturé. C’est une location à recommander.

Très bien

Jolie petite maison très propre et très agréable avec tout le confort nécéssaire. Elle est située dans un environnement calme et facile d accès. On y est accueillie avec le sourire par la propriétaire. Dans le coin, la nature est apaisante, magnifique et propice aux loisirs et à la détente: chemin de randonnées, Gorges, cascades, cols et belvédères offrent un spectacle inoubliable et une vue panoramique à couper le souffle, ...tout y est pour le plus grand plaisir des yeux et l apaisement. Les amateurs de sports y trouvent également leur compte: randonnées, rafting, canoé cayak, escalade, ski, équitation... on ne s ennui pas.
