F3 wooden house with saltwater swimming pool

Escape to this Eden which seems to be lost in the middle of nowhere, in the heart of a luxuriant and unspoiled nature with sea view.

Perfect site for nature lovers, couples (with or without children), solo travelers and all those looking for an exceptional and discreet setting.

Thanks to its geographical location removed from the city, surrounded by nature and close to beaches, restaurants and about 3km from the town, you will escape and enjoy its idyllic setting.

Less than 2km from the house you will have access to one of the most beautiful hikes: the Presqu'île de la Caravelle Nature Reserve and are close to the 4 Beaches, one of which is for surfing enthusiasts.

Ideally, this charming little ecological wooden house of type F3, of around 50m2 habitable, is perfect for 2 to 4 people but can accommodate up to 5 people maximum.

Electricity is mainly supplied by solar energy.
If necessary, there is a generator that would come to the rescue to recharge the batteries in the event of load shedding. The advantage is that we never have a power outage.

Beautiful view

House had a beautiful view, convenient location, pool, and it was private. It was everything a family of 4 could want. The kids had a blast in the pool and enjoyed their stay. Helena was great and very hospitable! She made the best food we tried in Martinique!

Une petite bulle de paradis dans la forêt face à la mer

Excellente petite villa avec 2 chambres (moustiquaires et climatisation👌) dont 1 vue mer, une grande cuisine vue mer donnant sur une immense terrasse (avec coin salon, hamac et table à manger .. avec cette vue à couper le souffle. Le calme le soir est incroyable : juste le chant de la forêt.. La belle plage de l’anse l’étang est à moins de 2 km, le marché au poissons de la trinité est à 8km...Langoustes et marlins grilles extra frais au menu... et l’emplacement permet la découverte du nord comme du sud. Audrey la propriétaire est sympa et réactive.. on reviendra!

Très agréable

Jolie maison avec une vue magnifique, un joli jardin et une piscine agréable. Terrasse très agréable. Assez bien équipée, il y a l'essentiel. Une voiture est indispensable car la maison est à l'écart dans les hauteurs, à peine à 10 minutes de voiture des commerces ou des plages. Bien au calme. Le tout solaire implique des contraintes dont je n'avais pas connaissance au préalable (horaire pour machine à laver ou lave vaisselle, pas 2 appareils en même temps, etc...). pas forcément envie de ces contraintes sur 2 semaines de vacances mais bon on s'adapte assez facilement. Bonnes literies. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Nella et la propriétaire que nous avons eu à plusieurs reprises au téléphone était sympathique! Je recommande.
