Very good holidays

The property is very well arranged and extremely well situated. It is comfortable as well as very beautiful and convenient. Extremely nice location close to the sea. The process to arrive and depart was very simple and straigth forward and owners are very nice. Great moment in the south of France

Schönes Haus an ruhiger Lage

Alles bestens und wir kommen gerne wieder.Zu Fuss ist in 10min ein kleiner ruhiger Strand erreichbar. Wir waren 4 Erw. mit 2 Kindern, die Hausgrösse ist fĂŒr 4 ideal, aber auch zu sechst OK.Lediglich die Terasse könnte etwas besser beschattet sein, mit einer Blache haben wir uns selbst ein Sonnensegel gebastelt.Das Haus ist zu empfehlen und Preis-Leistung stimmt.

Schön angelegter Garten mit großem Pool nahe zum Meer!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt, besonders der schön angelegte Garten mit großen Pool hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage des Hauses finden wir ideal - man ist in wenigen Autominuten in Croix-Valmer Centre und an den StrĂ€ndent. Toll ist die nahe Lage zum Meer , so. dass man auch zu Fuß

Traumhafte Villa mit Pool und Garten

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Der Pool war das Highlight. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und die Ausstattung war super. Nur die BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher sind nicht enthalten. Der Weg zum Strand dauert nur ein paar Minuten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wunderschön

Ein schönes Haus mit einem noch schöneren Pool und Garten, wir haben die Tage dort sehr genossen. Der Kontakt war sehr unkompliziert, auch mit dem Concierge, und sehr praktisch ist auch der Parkplatz am großen Sandstrand, dieser ist zu Fuß auch in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Badebucht Bouillabaisse ist klein und hat mehr Kiesstrand und viele BlĂ€tter, aber das Wasser ist herrlich klar und sauber. Ein schönes gepflegtes Haus, gerne kommen wir wieder!

Ferienhaus mit Pool

Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen großen Garten mit Pool, Lounge Bereich, Gasgrill und Esstisch mit einem tollen Blick ins GrĂŒne. Auch innen ist das Haus ordentlich und modern eingerichtet. Leider war im Haus der Boden sehr schmutzig und wir mussten erstmal fegen und saugen. Das Geschirr war trotz SpĂŒlmaschine vom Vormieter nicht ganz sauber gemacht worden. Auch sollte in Zukunft darauf geachtet werden, dass die ganzen Spinnweben regelmĂ€ĂŸig an den Decken entfernt werden. In den Schlafzimmern im Untergeschoss sind die Moskitonetze an den Fenstern reparaturbedĂŒrftig. Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen und wir freuen uns darauf im nĂ€chsten Jahr wiederzukommen!

Great villa

The property was exactly what we wanted. A lovely house with well equipped kitchen. But the best part was the garden. Very large and landscaped with lovely shady areas and seating. The pool was perfect. The pool surround perfect to.

Wunderbar

Wir haben die Woche in La Croix Valmer sehr genossen! Großer, sehr schön (neu) angelegter Garten mit herrlichem Pool. Als es einmal ein Problem mit dem Pool gab wurde vom Vermieter gleich der zustĂ€ndige Service verstĂ€ndigt, am nĂ€chsten Tag war alles gerichtet. aus dem Gartenhaus darf man diverse Spielzeuge (Boule, Tischtennis, BĂ€lle, diverse Luftmatratzen) verwenden. Schöne neue BĂ€der. Den Privatparkplatz haben wir nicht genutzt, ist aber in der Hochsaison bestimmt nĂŒtzlich! FĂŒr EinkĂ€ufe (auch BĂ€cker) ist man auf das Auto angewiesen. GeschirrhandtĂŒcher sollte man mitbringen, es war nur eines vorhanden) Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert!

Perfektes Sommerhaus mit neuem Pool

Im Oktober leider etwas verschattete aber sehr schöne neue Aussenanlage. Toll war die Temperatur im neuen Pool. Wunderbare Lage die Nahe an den StrĂ€nden . Das Haus ist charmant und gemĂŒtlich...vielleicht Innen etwas in die Jahre gekommen....aber wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche im Oktober hier verbracht. ...es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt.

Villa trÚs fonctionnelle et idéalement placée

Nous Ă©tions deux familles et avons apprĂ©ciĂ© le double Ă©tage avec Sdb dans chaque espace. La maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  vivre et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Une grande table extĂ©rieure permet de dĂ©jeuner Ă  l'ombre mais par contre aucun espace ombragĂ© prĂšs de la piscine : un arbre ou un parasol aurait Ă©tĂ© bienvenu. Piscine neuve agrĂ©able qui malheureusement a tournĂ© soudainement au vert en fin de sĂ©jour rendant la piscine inutilisable malgrĂ© la rĂ©activitĂ© du gĂ©rant et l’intervention du pisciniste. AccĂšs aux plages trĂšs pratique grĂące Ă  l’accĂšs Ă  un parking privĂ© pour la plage du dĂ©barquement ou via la navette gratuite pour les autres plages dont l’arrĂȘt est quasi devant la maison ou encore par le sentier du littoral accessible directement. Le propriĂ©taire laisse Ă©galement Ă  disposition quelques Ă©quipements fort utiles (vĂ©los , jeux divers, parasols de plage
), ce qui est trĂšs apprĂ©ciable.

Une semaine trÚs agréable à la Croix Valmer

La maison est super, et le coin trÚs agréable! Le salon de jardin et la table dehors sont souvent ombragé ce qui permet de passer des aprÚs midi sympa dehors sans brûler. Nous avons aussi bien profité du terrain de pétanque ! La maison est aussi à proximité du sentier du littoral qui est trÚs joli et fait une agréable balade!

Ferien am Meer

Wir hatten schöne Ferien und waren soweit zu Frieden mit dem Haus und Garten. Die Lage ist sehr schön, Ausblick in eine schöne Gartenlandschaft. Auf der Nordseite ist die Strasse direkt zum Ort. Leider war im Haus vieles schmutzig, wie z.B. Geschirr, Boden, , Backofen, Gartenmöbel etc. . Aber die Betten sind sehr gut und auch die Ausstattung ist praktisch und funktional. Weiter haben wir den Parkplatz beim Strand sehr geschÀtzt.

Entspannung pur!

Ein sehr charmantes Haus mit schönem großen Garten in ruhiger Lage. Barbecue, FahrrĂ€der, Tischtennis, PĂ©tanque etc. Alles sehr nett! Vielleicht der einzige Nachteil: wenn man zu Fuß unterwegs ist, muss man auf der Fahrbahn laufen, es gibt kaum Gehwege
