Great Time

Host lives on the property and was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. The rental car was handy for leasing and return - be aware you must clean the vehicle prior to return (or pay cleaning charge). The rental was clean and must be return in same condition. It suited our need nicely. Be aware if you require the internet - it was spotty at best and not very reliable. Overall our week's stay was comfortable and relaxing.

Un peu (bcp) déçu sauf pour la localisation

Location papaye. Première impression c’est très sombre, non clôturé, pas de porte ni de fenêtre qui ferme sur la façade avant juste une moustiquaire et des volets (dont un qui ne peut fermer à cause de la moustiquaire). Habitués de l’accueil antillais quelle déception de ne voir qu’une bouteille d’eau et 0 rhum ou autres. Pire on commence à faire à manger, on passe sur le côté poisseux de la cuisine, le micro-ondes sale et certains équipements de cuisine à relaver d’urgence. Aucun fonds de cuisine : pas de sel poivre huile. Juste un fond de liquide vaisselle et une éponge neuve. Du jamais vu sur nos nombreuses locations précédentes. Un sms à la proprio pour un help vu l’heure…Réponse le lendemain les anciens locataires ont du les prendre ! Donc qui a fait le ménage et le point entre deux ? Aucune intimité sur la terrasse car le chemin qui mène à leur entreprise est devant la terrasse. L’emplacement est cependant idéal pour aller à pieds jusqu’à la plage et au marché de sainte Anne. Les draps et serviettes sont fournis propres et changés à mis séjour. La tv n’a fonctionné qu’un soir de beau temps, normal pas de satellite ou autre système pour capter !!! Le bungalow 2 (goyave je crois) est collé à papaye. Niveau intimité c’est mort aussi. J’oubliais, la clim est autorisée uniquement la nuit et un disjoncteur minuteur ultra bruyant est situé dessous à 1 m de la tête de lit ! Ce commentaire servira j’espère à faire votre choix. J’indique aussi les côtés positifs.
