Half an hour from St. Tropez, in the small family village of Rayol Canadel is the villa ANANDA which offers you this ground floor with its own swimming pool and a spectacular sea view just 7 minutes walk from the beautiful Canadel sandy beach.

80-110m² WITH THE STUDIO
This garden level is completely independent and can accommodate 6 people in its main part or 8 with the adjoining studio (+ around 30m2), just separated from the main part by the boiler room of the house. The studio has just been equipped with air conditioning and we particularly recommend it to elderly people or guests who are very sensitive to heat. In high season (mid-July to mid-August) the studio is already included in the price. In low or mid season it is an option, please contact us if you wish to benefit from it. If you don't need it, it won't be rented out to other people.

The swimming pool and its beautiful deck of exotic wood are for your exclusive use, the sea view of the Levant Islands is truly magnificent.... You have an independent entrance, a large terrace with garden furniture, a a masonry BBQ awaiting your grills and 2 parking spaces inside the property. We will provide you with two sets of keys with remote control to open the electric gate.

The ground floor has a beautiful living/dining room which opens onto the sea, a very well equipped kitchen, a bathroom/shower, a separate toilet and 3 pretty small bedrooms sleeping 2 people each. A cot can also be made available to you. The main part of the ground floor can therefore sleep 6 people, but it is possible to add the studio and its bathroom located just next door, a large room with a magnificent view which also overlooks the swimming pool and the sea ​​and which can sleep two additional people (included in the price in high season; in low and medium season you have to check with the owner).

On the kitchen side, you will have a large fridge, an oven, ceramic hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine as well as well-equipped cookware .

The beautiful sandy beach of Canadel with its restaurants and its pontoon are a seven-minute walk away and you won't need a car to go sunbathe on the beach.

The village of Rayol and its shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, post office, pharmacy, tobacconist, etc.) are two minutes away by car or 15 minutes on foot by taking a magnificent walk on the "chemin des pignes", the old railway voice of the train des pignes.

To avoid you traveling too busy, we provide you with sheets and two towels per person and will prepare your rooms for your arrival.
