Luxurious Suite 5 * 180 m2 - 2000 sq ft for 8 people at "Dawn Beach" inside the Westin-Marriott Resort Spa aerea of St Maarten (Netherlands Antilles).

This rate of exception allows us to amortize our annual charges and it's a very fair opportunity with an incredible rate (we aren't professional and we rent only a few weeks per year).

Located 1 km from the borders between the Antilles Dutch and French, you will benefit from all the advantages like in a 5 * resort (Europe-Usa standards) with its private beach facing the island of St Barth, charm at once contemporary and warm furnishings, but mainly a discrete and warm reception.

This gorgeous SUITE, fully renovated and secure, is nestled in the Hill in the eastern part of the island. Performances of the highest level will offer you much more than a simple summer rent (2013 : Best Resort in Sint Maarten : "World Travel Awards" Caribbean & North América ceremony)

A great stay for our family!

Huge appartement of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms inside the Dawn Beach Club. The apt is a completely renovated building. Very well equipped: kitchen, washing machine, dryer. Very confortable for our family of 8. Great pool. Access to beach. We ll come back !
