Family studio with sea & pool view
The property :
Our property hosts two houses, including this one. The property is large enough so that the guests do not hesitate.
The property has its feet in the water, it is located a little high compared to the beach which allows us to have an extraordinary view of the bay.
In a little more than 5 minutes on foot you will be in the village, but these 5 minutes grant you peace and privacy as we are alone at this end of the bay.
At the bottom of our house, you will find the small fishing port of Aghia Marina as well as the small chapel of the village. From here, you have a view of the bay, of course, but also of the temple of Aphaia.
Housing :
A large studio furnished like a loft.
You will find a double bed, a sofa bed and a single bench.
For the night, a curtain installed along the entire length of the room will allow you to create two spaces for more privacy.
A kitchen area with hob, oven, coffee maker and kettle.
A fairly large and shaded terrace will allow you to enjoy the view and go diving into the swimming pool.
