* This property does not allow garage access to guests. The garage is not attached to the house and is a staff unit. Staff may come to collect items during your stay.
* Pool heat is optional and offered at $150/day plus tax. Note once a guest is checked into the property we may not be able to turn on the pool heater or heat to desired temperatures, your planning is key.
* Pet Fee-$200 non-refundable and must be approved prior to bringing a pet
* Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each
* For safety and security purposes this home does have cameras on the front of the house.
* Landscapers and pool vendors have access to the backyard to do work on their scheduled days.
*Events, parties, and any type of gatherings are prohibited.

*Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we'll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. Friend get together

A group of friends who have been friends since high school got together and we did everything the house offered. Pickleball, pool, jacuzzi, bocce ball, horseshoes and golf simulator. We grilled dinner and had a great time.

Perfect family vacation home.

This home was the absolute perfect vacation home for our family. It is just like the description in the listing shows. We had an amazing time!! I thought the extra price to heat the pool per night was too much but was glad we bit the bullet and paid for it. Kids were swimming at 9 am every morning. I would definitely stay there again!!

The state was great. There were a few issues with the property. A few broken items a glass globe over the island and the top shelf in the dishwasher. Also, there was a lack of bath towels provided per room/bathroom. We had to use swim towels, which were in the laundry room. Overall, it’s a very lovely property. Wish it had been supplied with a few more amenities and kitchen and bathroom like quality, toilet paper and paper towels, etc.. however, the game room, sport courts, golf in garage, backyard, pool Jacuzzi, etc. etc. it was extremely lovely and entertaining. It is fully disclosed that it needs to be quiet from 9 PM on, so while it would be fabulous for a bachelorette or bachelor party, because of all the Activities available on property they cannot be utilized for a full-blown joyful party due to it being a quiet neighborhood and lights out and quiet at 9 PM. However it was a great experience for our family.

Desert Vacation

The property was perfect to celebrate a big birthday. We enjoyed all the amenities and the property mgmt was great and on top of everything. Short uber/lyft rides to Old Town Scottsdale and Golf. Only thing is if you travel in the colder months ask about the pool being heated.

AMAZING place for a family

From check in to check out, it was an amazing experience. This is a great place to stay with a large family. The home provided us with many activities and plenty of accessories to make our stay welcoming. The managers of the home did a great job making everything simple and accessible . We would definitely stay here again!
