Large kitchen with breakfast bar, in-kitchen breakfast nook with dining table. Just off the kitchen is a seating area with tv for open conversation and entertaining. These areas look out to the backyard patio and pool so while you cook you can still feel a part of the party. The master bedroom with king size bed has its own private bath and sitting area. The other side of this home are 2 rooms (a living room & bedroom) for your guests and their comfort, along with a Full bathroom with a bathtub.

By booking the house, you agree to the following rules and policies:

1. A government issued photo ID is required upon check-in for all guests who will stay in the house.

2. RESIDENTIAL NOISE *: Music or any kind of noise must be turned down after 9:00 pm. The noise level should be respectful of the neighbors at all times. If the police are called, you will be fined $1,500 and/or lose your deposit. You will also lose the remaining nights of your stay with no refund

3. CHILDREN: There is no pool gate. Children need to be supervised when swimming. We will not be held responsible for the child safety during your visit.

4.ADDITIONAL GUESTS/Visitors* - The maximum number of the guests/visitors to the house is limited to the number of guests listed when making the booking, unless approved by the host in advance.

5.Non-Smoking*: This is a Non-Smoking property.

6. Glass*: Absolutely No glass in the backyard.

7. MAXIMUM Cars*: The maximum number of cars allowed is 4 unless approved by the host. Cars must park in the driveway at all times. No street parking.

8. PETS* : Pets are not permitted under any circumstances.

9.Parties or Events*: No parties or events allowed.

10. Check-In/Check-Out Time*: CHECK-IN time is after 4 PM and CHECK-OUT time is before10:00 am, unless a different time is approved by the host.

11. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: If available, there is an extra charge for this and must be approved by host before check-in.

12. POOL HEATER: The pool heater is only available from Sep 15 to May 15 for a fee. The fee is $50/night or $250/week. It requires 5-day advanced notice to heat up the pool. The pool heater request has to apply to your entire stay. if you don't want to pay the pool heating fee, you won't be able to use the pool.

13. We are not responsible for personal property loss. Please keep your personal valuable items with you.

14. AC/HEATER - Keep all doors and windows shut when running the AC or the heater! We are a small business and can't afford an expected high utility bill.

15. We care very much about our home and strive to keep it in excellent shape. If anything is out of order, please let us know as soon as you arrive. However, the house is provided in “as is” condition. We shall make reasonable efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities in the house, such as ACs/Heaters, Internet access, satellite or cable TV access, pools, and fireplaces, as applicable. We should not be held responsible for such items' failure to work during your stay, but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible.

*Minimum $300 fine will be applied for rule violation and you may also lose the remaining nights of your stay with no refund.
