The house was perfect for our stay in Old Town! The location was ideal, less than 10 minute walk to art, shopping and restaurants. When our 3 kids visited with spouses, we were able to house everyone for the weekend. We enjoyed the pool table and the common space was great for a family gathering. The backyard was very pleasant and private with a good grill.

Great house near old town Scottsdale. Nice set up with three bedrooms two more beds in the casita. The pool was nice a little chilly, but that is where the sun came in. The house was very clean & good communication.

This property was A! Starting with the communication with the Host to all the amenities, everything I needed and then some were included. Kitchen very well stocked, bathrooms extra towels and wonderful smelling body wash and shampoo.Tvs in every room. One highlight a pool table for Fun family time and Second highlight the Spa oasis in the backyard. It certainly was a peaceful paradise for our stay. The small guest house was a great addition also. Location was perfect distance to all your needs and also entertainment and restaurants. Thank you Mark for being such a great host and we will definitely be back on our next stay. Deb

Great house

Our group has stayed in Scottsdale many times in the past and this house, particularly the kitchen, was the most/ best equipped one we have ever had. All amenities were new and the house has a large open kitchen/ living room area which made it work well for the unusual cold snap that occurred when we were there. Spa worked well and instructions were clear. Walking distance to everything in town and including the mall. Communication with the owner was great. Hope to use it again in the future.

Solid choice !

Rarely have we rented a house with 5 great TV's. It was a great house. 3 nice bedrooms in house and a two twin bed, small room/casita, out back by the pool. Very well stocked kitchen, as in lots of pots, pans, glasses, utensils. Pool table was a plus! (needs a little adjustment for the ball to roll true). Close to everything you need in Old Towne Scottsdale.

Great Place!

We really enjoyed this little place. It was cool in Scottsdale's heat and we had sooo much fun in the pool. The listing did say there was a bigger bed in the Casita, there isn't. It's two twin beds. We made it work though and everyone was well accommodated!The kitchen is VERY well stocked with dishes. You can easily cook a grande meal in this kitchen and not be skimpy witht the pans and itensils. They thought of everything.I really appreciated that each room had a ceiling fan, each room has it's own TV, and some of the rooms had extra stand up fans. There were plenty of linens and pillows.They also made sure there were plenty of towels. You will need them as it's so hard to stay out of the pool.The pool was so very enjoyable. They have such a groovy pool. You cam walk into it and go to the deeper side or just hang out in the not so deep part. We sat up to the table IN the pool and ate popsicles and ice cream and drinks. It is a really fun way to cool down while it's 114⁰ outside. Thank-you for such a lovely place to stay!
