AMA!

The property and location are perfect! We were here for a huge family celebration/baby shower for our son and daughter in law who are expecting in July. The home is well equipped with lots of fun activities for all. Sleeping arrangements were great for all of us.

Amazing property!

This property was beautiful, clean, and offered many spaces for activities and leisure. We had a group of 7 and enjoyed a lot of time hanging out in the pool. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out or do there own thing. A good central location for getting to both Scottsdale and Phoenix. We all loved this place and had a great 4 night stay. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Absolute Gem of. Vacation Home

This is a place we want to come back to again and again. The perfect family spot. We can to explore Arizona but ended up spending 95% of our time at the house because it had everything we needed. Everything is close and Cannot recommend more highly.

Scottsdale spectacular!

6 of us were in Scottsdale for a wedding and had stayed at this beautiful Arcadia home. Probably the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in - spotless. The common areas are spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated - great for group gatherings. The bedrooms all had comfortable beds with nice linens, and were well appointed. Each couple had their own bathroom which added to our comfort. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful yard and loved having coffee on the patio in the morning and watching the birds. The pool was very well taken care of and made for some fun afternoons. The location of the home was close to everything we wanted to do, Including shopping and fine dining. Also convenient to the airport. We would definitely stay here again - it was fabulous!

Amazing stay

Truly an incredible property. Not our first time to Scottsdale/PHX area - but came in with family for my brother’s graduation from the fire academy. The property was amazing- it had everything we needed and more. It was absolutely beautiful, amazing location, and wonderful communication with Tiffany. Charming home and perfect for our girl's staycation. The backyard is heavenly and lush. We felt right at home. Clean and bright! Lots of fun touches...only things lacking were tv's in the smaller bedrooms andcurtains or sheers on the front door and back sliding door. We would 100% book again....

This property was purchased by my parents in 1960 as a starter home however they fell in love with the area and community so they never left. I partnered with my father in 2019 to perform a full renovation with the intent of creating a comfortable , well appointed, and fully updated experience to our guests. This property sets on a quiet 10 house cul-de-sac and serves families as well as adult gatherings seeking nightlife, sports venues, and hiking/biking.

This is not your typical getaway, there are not many homes like this serving as a vacation rental. The pool, pool house, firepit, custom furniture and decor, this home is special!
