Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pool Heating/Cooling is an additional $60/day, and must be for your entire stay. Need at least 4 days advanced notice. Pool Must be covered at night.
Please leave the pool vacuum in the pool. Removing it will severely damage the pool equipment, and you will be charged.
Any additional visitors outside your reservation must be disclosed. Failure to do so can result in the immediate termination of your stay.

Amazing property! The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen had all we needed to cook with. All the bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing time. The pool and hot tub were well kept. We were happy we elected to heat the pool. The host is very quick to respond and is lovely to deal with. We would book again if we head down to Arizona again.

This is a great home! The home was extremely clean, very comfortable and very welcoming! The backyard was fantastic! We used the pool and jacuzzi multiple times, there were plenty of lounge chairs, as well as a fire pit, outdoor TV and dining table. Super comfortable beds and bedding, plenty of bath and beach towels, a well stocked kitchen and many little extras! The communication with the host was easy and responsive. This would be a great home to rent for a family with children! We truly enjoyed our time and cannot recommend the home more!

There were four of us and we all loved this amazing house!! It’s well stocked with everything you could possibly need, it’s clean, comfortable, accommodating and close to a lot of great restaurants, shopping and fun. The host was very attentive and helpful when I had a few questions and he responded quickly. We will stay here again next time we visit Arizona except next time, we’ll bring more people with us because there’s so much space to enjoy!!! Also, the pool and hot tub, fire pit and grill made it extra fun, so bring your favorite pillows and head on over!!!

The house was fabulous and has everything you would need. There was a nice welcome basket with chips and snacks that was a really thoughtful touch. The beds were all extremely comfortable, even the Murphy bed in the casita. The pillows were a little big for me, but I always travel with my own pillow. We stay in rental homes often and I don’t leave too many reviews, but felt the need to post a review for this home as we all really enjoyed all the comforts and amenities. Nice and quiet for sleeping and Daniel’s response time was very prompt. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever back in the area. Thanks Daniel!

Your home was fantastic! We enjoyed it all. We appreciated the extra amenities. The dining room light never worked. It wasn’t an issue for us but maybe the next people. The last two days the outlets in all the bathrooms quit working. In the heavy rains, a spot in the kitchen ceiling was leaking. Right by the pantry closet. You will see the spot in the ceiling. This house has always been a warm and inviting gathering place for friends/family to enjoy. I had lived here prior to moving to New York City, and it's always been very special to me. The open and spacious floorplan gives everyone ample space and privacy. I love seeing happy guests enjoying this home as I have done for many years.

What makes this property unique

This house is set up perfectly for a large group. The unique single story layout and huge yard provides tons of space and privacy for all. The separate Pool House can be used as a bar/hangout space during the day, or become a separate, private suite by night! You never feel like you're in anyones way.

The backyard is perfect for sunny Arizona days.
