Entrepreneur's Enclave Private Pickleball + Heated Pool + Hot Tub!

Lush, green, private desert oasis on an acre lot, complete with a gas heated pool (heat available for an extra fee), a large hot tub (included), and a sport court. Guests can relax by the private, spacious, sparkling pool, enjoy shaded lounging areas, and take in the beautiful views of the McDowell Mountains. The lighted sport court, surrounded by mature trees, invites basketball or pickle-ball matches, with rackets, balls, and net provided. The property also features a barbecue and expansive outdoor patios, perfect for entertaining and dining.

No boring gray house here! This colorful and joyful Scottsdale ranch on a corner acre lot is an updated, open concept 3000sf home that offers five spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen will come stocked with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal including Wolf and GE Profile appliances, or hire our exclusive Greek Chef. There are both informal and formal dining tables inside. The great room has plenty of seating for large groups and satellite Dish TV. For a special bonus, ask about the Tiny Disco, it's a thing!

Here for surgery for treatment? Hyperbaric chambers have been known to speed up recovery by 75%! You can have an in-home hyperbaric chamber delivered & set up in your rental for $700 for 1 week, or $1000 for 2 weeks. I'm happy to provide more details, but first, be sure to ask your doctor about usage.

The pool has a propane heater which is available for the pool at an extra cost of $100/day, 3 day minimum

Great vacation at a wonderful property!

We had an amazing time- the check in process was easy and the owners were very accessible. The property is great, particularly all of the outdoor space including the pickleball court, basketball hoop, and of course the swimming pool. The private Greek chef was amazing as well. Thanks for a great vacation!

Wonderful gathering place

We loved staying at the Patterson Ranch home. It was a great gathering place for our family. We loved the pool, the pickle ball court, and the backyard patio.

Golf Getaway

Came to Scottsdale as a group of 8 retirees to golf, relax and laugh with old friends. This home was perfect for our stay. Roomy, clean and accommodating. Communication with Arlene was perfect and instant. We also hired their in home chef for a fantastic last night dinner. We had an absolutely fantastic time at the property and were very happy with our decision to stay here. Thanks again!

My friends and i stayed here and it was wonderful! Lots of beds and rooms. The backyard is beautiful. We had a great time playing pickleball, going in the hot tub, and wishing the weather was warmer for the pool. Property owners very attentive and prompt to our needs. Would stay again!

Scottsdale getaway

House was as advertised. Check in was smooth. Owners very responsive. Would recommend the chef who comes in house to prepare a yummy Greek meal, that was a highlight. Enjoyed the pickleball court and hot tub! Pool heater didn’t work, but owner’s made that right. We enjoyed the house and stay!

Wonderful property

We took a few days to escape the Midwest winter and this property was amazing. Between two families and eight people we had plenty of room. Each family took a “wing” of the house. The backyard pool and hot tub were amazing, and the court was perfect for the kids. Location was perfect for accessing anything we needed in Scottsdale. I would highly recommend the property if you are planning a trip to AZ in the future.

Fabulous home!

The home was everything we hoped for and more. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces so much - pickleball, pool, hot tub, the lovely patio and luscious lawn. The kitchen was fully stocked, the televisions large and worked easily, the beds comfortable. All the comforts of home! The manager was always available for small questions and cared about our stay. Highly recommend Lex the Greek Chef - it was one of the highlights of our Scottsdale trip! Wonderful location, special home.

Wow Private Pickleball!!

The house and property exceeded our expectations! Everything was wonderful! The house had so much space and was very clean and comfortable- just as pictured. The patio was awesome, between the pickleball court, hot tub, and the pool, everyone had a great time and so much fun to be had! Can’t wait to come back, and would definitely rent from Arlene- a great host!!!! Was a very memorable vacation 😊 We would recommend this to anyone. Don’t forget to request the Greek Chef, a 5 star experience that the whole family enjoyed.

Family get away!

Arlene was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our arrival information was spot-on, making check-in smooth and stress-free. We had four adult couples on this trip, and the property was the perfect getaway—spacious, comfortable, and full of charm.The backyard was a highlight, offering plenty of activities and space for everyone to enjoy. Whether it was pickleball, badminton, basketball, or soccer, the storage bin had everything we could need. Lovely home with an amazing yard! Great for multi family vacation

We rented this home for the recent Thanksgiving holiday. We were hoping to find a home that could satisfy multi-generations and multi-families. This place was everything we hoped for and more. Plenty of space in the house to spread out and relax. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked I enjoyed making our Thanksgiving meal in there. The beautiful backyard, gave our kids plenty to do they enjoyed time in the pool, playing cornhole, darts, and basketball on the sports court. The neighborhood is quiet and in a fantastic location close to tons of shopping and restaurants. The owner, Arlene, was very responsive to questions and went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous. We can’t wait to return!!

Fun home in convenient location

We had a large family reunion over the holidays here. Were able to sleep 12 fine with some creativity. The bathroom layout made it a bit crowded at times but it wasn’t a problem. The kitchen had great pots and pans and we loved the induction stove. The house has great outdoor space— we used the pickleball and basketball court every day, as well as the hot tub. The pools heat was unfortunately not working during our stay so we weren’t able to take advantage of it but it must be nice in summer. The location was very convenient. We were able to get to nice hiking areas within 15-30 mins (granite mountain, Lost dog wash, etc), day trip to Sedona, go to a phoenix Suns game, day trip to the Superstition Mountains. We also enjoyed riding in a self-driving Waymo taxi! A little maintenance upgrade to some appliances/drains is the only one star off. But the hosts are great, the Greek chef amazing, the location terrific and and outdoor area a lot of fun. So we recommend!

Entrepreneur's Enclave

Our group stayed for 5 nights. Location is well suited for our activities. We were able to walk to the Waste Mangement Tournament. House location has many restaurants and activities close. The house is large and has basically (5) bed rooms. Large kitchen and family room for socializing. House is well supplied for most cooking needs... Pots, pans, knives, spices, sauces, ect.... We cooked steaks one night and had no problem finding everything needed. nice grill on site.We were so busy with the tournament and golf we never used the pickle ball court. It looks amazing in person. Yard is very large and suitable for large outside gatherings if needed. Pool and hot tub are very nice, and you feel a sense of privacy while in the back yard.Overall, a very nice house with a wonderful location. A little outdated but that did not affect my group in any way. My group actually loved the retro vibe.

Perfect Family retreat

We stayed at this wonderful home for over three weeks. There was a changing group of family members who came and went over the time period. Everyone from Great Grandma at 93 to our youngest, 16 months, loved their stay. The layout of the home gave everyone their own space and privacy, with large areas to gather together. The inside of the home is beautiful and the yard is fabulous. The orange, lemon and grapefruit trees were loaded with fresh fruit. The pool, hot tub and pickleball court got lots of use. Plenty of seating outside to just sit and enjoy each other's company. Our hosts, Arlene and John were super responsive. We got immediate replies and quick action for any of our communications. Alexandros, the Greek Chef, was wonderful. We had him cook for us every weekend and we enjoyed his meals (and abundant left overs!) very, very much. The whole experience was top-notch.

The house is exactly as pictured and offered so much space and things to do for our group of nine (with five teenagers). Arlene was terrific to work with and super responsive. I highly recommend having Lex, the Greek chef, make a meal. It was delicious and a highlight of the trip!

Great Experience.

All was as advertised. The host was promptly responsive to questions. All of us were very pleased both with the house and the grounds. Our ages ranged from 17-76, and there was something for everyone. We would not hesitate to go back another time.
