12P beautiful cottage, Exceptional view, access to the gondola 300m, Pra Loup
Chalet 3 master bedrooms + 1 dorm sleeps 6 1 bathroom and 2 showers. Beautiful valley view full SOUTH
SKI, with the gondola Molanès 300m walk.
The cottage is solid plank of approximately 180m2 distributed over 2 floors plus a ski room in the basement.
Barcelonnette superb panorama of the valley and the peaks: cocked hat and Sugar loaf.
The cottage is very pleasant even if it is many. On each floor a bathroom and a toilet.
It is located 300m from the middle gondola chairlift Molanès (Pra Loup 1500). Near shuttle stop for Pra Loup 1600 (every 15 minutes).
In summer, the resort offers activities such as mountain biking, paragliding & karting (also winter), hiking, water sports, golf, riding, tennis and with its summer tournament, one of the largest in the region PACA

Lobby for storage clothes and street shoes
Large living room with beautiful stove, stereo, 2 sofas.
Small side lounge that can serve as 4th room (sofa bed)
luxurious new kitchen open to living room. It is fully equipped with induction hob, oven multi function, dishwasher.
1 double rooms with ensuite bathroom (shower cabin)
toilet.
Large terrace facing south
1st floor :
1 bedroom with 140 bed space sink and shower.
1 bedroom with 140+ convenient
1 dormitory "kids with 6 beds simple
Bathroom with bathtub . toilet.
Cleaning not included, will be charged in addition (150 euros)
Pets not allowed - non-smoking Chalet.
SHEETS provided and towels provided.

The chalet is located in a quiet and isolated environment of the noise and bustle of the resort centers. But it still remains very close to the gondola Molanes. Cars are parked 100m from the cottage in the parking lot of the gondola Molanes 1500. The road is not plowed by the services of the town hall.
One can from shoes with chalet on skis. It is located 100m from the gondola car parking.
