About this property

Quiet house, located in the heights of Monte Pego, offering breathtaking views, breathtaking sunset, magnificent sunrise. Not overlooked. Can accommodate 6 people plus a baby with complete baby equipment: high chair, bed, sheets, plastic bath, dishes, toys ... WIFI (available: cooler, beach games, hair dryer, blender, toaster, coffee maker, oven, microwave, etc.)
Only 10 minutes from the sandy beaches of Deveses, Oliva, etc ... and close to all amenities. (All just 10 minutes away) various walks: countryside, beaches, mountains, possibility of renting a boat in Dénia, kite surfing, jet skiing, diving all nearby. Tennis at the reception.
The villa has a standard size 4x8 m private swimming pool. overflow, sunny terraces and another shaded well equipped with outdoor furniture. A very pleasant and practical patio, direct access to the kitchen, where you can take your meals in peace. Two kitchens available, one of which is summer (direct access to patio and terrace) they are fully equipped (lots of dishes in the two kitchens) with a large plancha, a large fridge / freezer in each kitchen that will be in operation (therefore large volume for the cold) a dishwasher and various small appliances available. The patio to take meals in the shade or not because equipped with a large mobile blind. 3 bedrooms with wardrobe and chest of drawers in each sleeping area (plus a cot available with high chair equipment, plastic bathtub, baby crockery, sheets, toys)
2 shower rooms, large bright living room, dining room with view. A washing machine is available in the garage.
The villa is located in an urbanization with several restaurants, an atmospheric bar and tennis courts, a reception area with various services, all secured by a 24-hour security guard. The largest hospital in the region 10 kms away. Possibility to practice "kite surfing" 10 minutes right in front of the house by the beach, two golf courses, one at Oliva (10 minutes) and the other at Sella (15 minutes.) Scuba diving, horse riding ... all leisure activities 10 mins. Place for the car in front of the house and not on the street. household linen provided. Mosquito nets at each window, fan in all rooms, the house faces north, facing the sea, air conditioning is not useful. Cleaning compulsory package of 80 euros.

Traumurlaub

Tolles Haus mit ausreichend Platz und einer kompletten, geschmackvollen Einrichtung (u.a. versch. Badutensilien und alles an Küchenzubehör, was man braucht). Die Lage und der Ausblick waren gigantisch. Morgens auf der einen Hausseite den Sonnenaufgang genossen, abends auf der anderen wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Vor allem der Blick aus dem Infinitypool - ein wahrer Traum. Betten waren auch bequem. Bei Dauertemperaturen über 30 Grad würde eine Klimanlage schon mehr bringen als die Ventilatoren an den Decken - vor allem nachts war es schon sehr heiß, wenn überhaupt kein Lüftchen draußen ging. Kleiner Wermutstropfen: Es gibt quasi keine Infrastruktur in Monte Pego. Ein kleiner Laden für die Frühstücksbrötchen wäre schon toll. So muss man für alles das Auto nehmen. Das hat aber unserer Erholung keinen Abbruch getan. Wir haben die 2 Wochen in vollen Zügen genossen.

Heerlijk huis met prachtig uitzicht

Prachtig huis met fantastisch uitzicht en infinitypool. Het huis ligt op een berg en vanaf de woonkamer, de terrassen en het zwembad heb je prachtig uitzicht over de Middellandse Zee en de bergen. Het zwembad is heerlijk en door het infinitysysteem steeds brandschoon. Voor jonge kinderen zou het wel gevaarlijk kunnen zijn omdat er geen rand zit (bij spelen over t randje gaan). Op 10 min rijden zijn meerdere supermarkten, een groot overdekt winkelcentrum en restaurants. Het strand is ook met de auto in 10 minuten bereikbaar. Leuke activiteiten in de buurt: karten, kayakken, jetskieën. Het huis is netjes ingericht met alles wat je nodig hebt, ligbedden bij het zwembad, een wasmachine, twee grote koelkasten met diepvries. Het enige dat we wel misten was toch een airco in de slaapkamers. Er stond een lekker windje maar s nachts was het wel echt warm. De communicatie met Laurence was prettig. Wij hebben een topvakantie gehad!

Vue époustouflante , inoubliable

Super séjour dans la magnifique Escapada La vue est vraiment magnifique, on a pu assister à des magnifiques couchers de soleil et un lever inoubliable. La maison est fonctionnelle, propre, on a manqué de rien. La propriétaire a été disponible dès que besoin. On a profité de la super piscine à débordement avec la vue sur les rizières et la mer au loin, encore une fois époustouflant. Un peu de vis à vis avec terrasses qui surplombent la piscine. Mais quartier super calme et surtout tout à proximité ( lidl, Aldo, mercadona...) On espère revenir dans cette superbe maison!

Splendide

On ne se lasse pas d’admirer les couchers de soleil au bord de la piscine! La maison est bien agencée, la literie est confortable, la vue est imprenable, nous recommandons cette location!
