This very comfortable 64 m2 duplex apartment, modern while respecting the "chalet" spirit, consists of 4 rooms and can accommodate 8 people. It is located in the RESIDENCE LES PISTES, south-southwest exposure on the 5th floor with lift and digital code. From all the windows and the balcony you have a view towards the slopes. Ski storage room available in the residence and a free shuttle stops in front of the building to drop you off at the center of the resort.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2017.

The sleeping area with three bedrooms is upstairs, as well as a first bathroom.
- Bedroom 1: double bed 140x190
- Bedroom 2: double bed 140x190
- Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds.

On the ground floor you will find a living space, which is friendly and spacious. In the living room there is a sofa bed with built-in 140x190 mattress. A second bathroom is located on the ground floor.

Le Corbier (alt. 1550 m) is a family resort, 100% pedestrian, with free parking, with ski-in and ski-out from the residence. (on blue and green slopes approx. 150m from the Sybelles Express chairlift).
The Grand Crozat chairlift gives you direct access to the Sybelles ski area (Le Corbier, La Toussuire, Saint Jean d'Arves, Saint Sorlin d'Arves, Les Bottières and Saint Colomban des Villards), 4th French domain and its 310 km of slopes, alt. 1100-2600m.
For winter, many activities and activities also available for non-skiers: snowshoeing, dog sledding, heated outdoor pool, wellness, fitness, snowmobiling, fitness (sauna, jacuzzi, hammam, bodybuilding) toboggan, games room, cinema, nightclub, nursery for the little ones.
In summer you can do many activities: heated swimming pool, mountain biking, hiking, tennis, moutain-board etc.
The rental price (prices displayed including VAT) also includes the provision of sheets and duvet covers + pillowcases for the duration of the stay, cleaning at the end of the stay and the tourist tax.

    Nous étions 6 adultes, nous avons passé une excellente semaine, l'appartement est très bien, très bien aménagé, tout y est, très bien situé, ski aux pieds, à 5 ou 10 à pied du centre de la station et tous ses commerces de la galerie particulière, car sous les residences, mais très pratique, belle vue sur la montagne, rien à redire...

    Quand on ouvre la porte de l'appartement on se sent comme chez soi. Tout nous invite à être bien, le bois source de chaleur, la vue sur la montagne et, surtout, chacun trouve sa place dans ce cocon. Le plus les 2 salles de bain.     Appartement au 5eme avec ascenseur très agréable et bien adapté. Tout les ustensiles pour cuisiner sont présents. Le couchage est très bien.     Logement idéal pour notre famille 2 couples 1 adulte 1 enfant 4 ans. Bémol sur la panne d'ascenseur du samedi au mardi matin 5e étage pas drôle. Une seule clé pour gérer l'organisation quotidienne pas cool. Et pas de wifi en 2023 !! Sinon le logement très bien équipé et rénovation récente appréciable

    Très bel appartement. Très bien aménagé, moderne et très confortable. La cuisine et les salles de bains sont très bien équipées. Un endroit à vivre avec une vue sur les pistes et un petit balcon très sympa. Un très bel endroit pour passer une semaine de vacances au ski. J’allais oublier : la disponibilité et la gentillesse des propriétaires pour rendre service. Un plus, décontractant.
