3 room apartment 45 m2 located on the 2nd floor of the house in the hamlet of La Chalp Saint Veran 17OO m. altitude (not suitable for people with reduced mobility)
Absolute tranquility, old stone house, not contiguous to the houses of the hamlet and land around.
For winter: 800 meters of runway slopes (possibility to go there to ski for the more energetic, or free shuttle (information at the tourist office for timetables) .Départ of the ski slopes Nordic at the bottom of the hamlet.
In summer, many hiking with discovery of flora and fauna ... mountain biking, horseback riding, via ferrata, rafting, all seasons ...

Les hautes Alpes. Un endroit de magie, d'histoire et de paysages merveilleux. Le gite était ce que l'on peut attendre d'une habitation de haute montagne. Ni trop moderne, ni trop rustique et permettant de couper avec les habitudes d'une vie classique dans la plaine.

Les amoureux de la montagne seront conquis !

Séjour d’une semaine à la découverte du Queyras. Emplacement logement idéal dans hameau tout proche de St Veran plus facile pour stationner. Petite terrasse privative avec vue sur la montagne et les prairies très appréciable car pièce principale un peu sombre.randonnées alentours magnifiques .

Séjour montagnard

Idéal si vous souhaitez combiner ski de piste et ski de fond: les deux sont facilement accessibles. Il faut aimer l'ambiance d'un village de montagne, très différente de celle d'une station de ski.

Endroit idéal pour rando et ski

Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Appartement peu lumineux (recommandé plutôt pour l'hiver). Etat de propreté du logement (frigo, four..) pas nickel. Literie très confortable. Petite cour très pratique pour la sécurité des enfants. Parking très proche du logement. Propriétaires très disponibles et réactifs dans nos ddemandes. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à la Chalp.
