Comfortable and well-equipped apartment of 87 m ² with spacious terrace and garden.

Ideally located at the heart of the Golf of Doña Julia to Casares, this apartment is 15min on foot of the beach and is close to all amenities. 3 minutes (by car) from the Village of Sabinillas where you will find shops and restaurants, 5 minutes from the marina « La Duquesa », 10 minutes from the beautiful city of Estepona and 30 min from Marbella.

2 bedrooms (first one with 1 double bed, the other one with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (bath and shower), livingroom (with comfortable sofa-bed) and dining room. The kitchen is completely and perfectly equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwaves, toaster, kettle, juicer and coffee machine. Laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
French, Spanish, English, etc. TV channels. WiFi connection in the apartment and the air conditioning (hot / cold)

The terrace of 26m ² and the garden of 30m ² offer a beautiful view on the mountain and a little view on the sea. You will find deckchairs for siesta time.

The perfect place to spend beautiful relaxing holidays.

The residence is located in a quiet area and is fitted with a swimming pool, an underground garage and an elevator.

The apartment is 50min from the airport of Málaga.

Casa Julia

Lovely clean apartment, we arrived late and was met by Giorgio who showed us around, lovely balcony and little garden, we had a small plumbing problem which was fixed instantly, would highly recommend future visitors, but you will need a car for shopping, the walk down to Sabinnilas was a good work out and along the promenade was lovely but I like walking, will probably rent again as we are always in the area on business.

Découverte Andalouse

Très bon séjour à Casares Costa, dans un appartement très agréable et très bien agencé où rien ne manque. Accueil chaleureux de Béatrice et Giorgio les gérants, et très bons échanges avec les propriétaires, à l’ écoute et au service des locataires. Belle région à découvrir, un véhicule est indispensable pour se déplacer et visiter les villes et villages alentours.

Très bel appartement avec vue magnifique, très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Le fait d’avoir une terrasse couverte et un petit jardiner est un vrai plus. Résidence très agréable et calme, un vrai lieu de repos et très bien placée pour la découverte de l’Andalousie. Propriétaire absolument charmante et vous accompagne très chaleureusement de la réservation à votre départ. L’accueil lors de votre arrivée est très soigné et agréable grâce au gérant Giorgio. En un mot à refaire. Les toulousains!
