What a fabulous property!! My husband & I had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house is well equipped. The pool was really great. The walk to the beach is only 0.2 miles & the house has everything you could possibly need for the beach. The owners are really great people & we plan to book again next year!!

The house was conveniently located, just a short walk to the beach. The pool was great and we loved having our morning coffee on the front porch. All of the rooms and appliances are updated and the house was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and it was so convenient having a washer and dryer. The host was responsive and helpful answering my questions. It was a great location for our family trip.

The house was clean and as advertised. The colors and decor we so relaxing. We were able to grill and eat at the table under the house / pool side which was so nice. My mom enjoyed the sitting area under the house that had a fan where she was able to sit and read out of the sun. Gabriela a helpful and informative host.We had a wonderful time and would recommend this location to my friends.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach rental! The home was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and stocked with everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. We loved the easy access to the beach and enjoyed coming back after a day in the sun to cool off in the pool.Gabriella was a fantastic host; she was friendly, responsive, and attentive to every detail. It was clear that a lot of thought and care went into making guests feel welcome. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The house was as described and worked very nice for 4 adults and 2 children. Was nice to have the pool in the back and only a couple blocks from the beach. We enjoyed our time there and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

The beach house was exactly as advertised, was extremely clean and Gabriela was excellent to work with. The location has easy access to the beach at Connecticut Street, and since it is situated at the mid point of the island, it was a short drive or walk to everything we needed, especially the Publix grocery store. The pool and fenced in pool area offer great privacy and a mix of sun and shade for you to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our short vacation at this property. Everything was as advertised. Great location with a quick walk to the beach or bike ride(bikes provided) to the entertainment district. The best part was the private heated pool. Fantastic!!
