Needs an overhaul

I found the villa to be a lot more dates than expected. The walls have dirt all over them especially near the vanity and bathroom. I even bought cleaner to try and wipe down but that didn’t work. No potholders for when I cooked, no outdoor lighting which made it difficult at night with children. Chairs were ripped and the carpet in the room with 2 beds was disgusting! No hot water the last 2 days.. I called to let them know as I feel bad for the next people. I felt we paid way too much for that space. On a better note the beds were comfortable and i liked the location to the main space. A little paint and TLC woild go a long way😕
