About this property

Our house is located in the center- north of Quito in the neighborhood of Miraflores, close to all the major sites of the city. We are eight minutes away by bus from the beautiful Centro Histórico (downtown Quito), ten minutes away from the famous Plaza Foch and a few minutes away from the city teleferico where you can enjoy the best panoramic views of Quito! We have a large, comfortable home, with great amenities and fabulous outdoor spaces.

Our Home
You will have access to your private room, the common areas: living room, kitchen, dining room, four bathrooms, and a terrace with a view of the majestic Cayambe volcano!. We provide coffee, tea, preserves, delicious bread, and butter every morning!

Your Room
Your room has a comfortable bed, a bedside table, a desk, a large dresser, and fast WIFI. You have a nice detached-private bathroom with a large shower. The entire third floor of the house is for our guests providing privacy and comfort. Additionally, we provide complimentary coffee, tea, preserves, fruits, delicious bread, and butter every morning!
