Beautiful House Conveniently located in the Heart of Quito
Newly refurbished House in the Historical Colonial Downtown of the City. Our property includes 4 fully furnished rooms with ensuite bathroom. Fully equipped shared kitchen with appliances, hi speed broadband Wi - Fi . Our services are all bills inclusive.
We can offer, at additional costs: meals, house keeping service, bike rentals, tour packages and transportation with our local tour operator.
- Laundry service can be found just a few meters from the house.
Conveniently located near Catholic University (Universidad catolica) & Universidad Politecnica Saleciana.
Five minutes walking distance to the colonial center and ten minutes to the Mariscal area, where all the Pubs, clubs and restaurants are located.
Getting here is very easy, 1 minute to "Ecovia" bus station. 1 Minute to "Tia" supermarket and 5 minutes to "Supermaxy" supermarket. Grocery store in front of the house.
