Communication with Monica didn't occur through the VRBO app/inbox. Some of the communication was directly sent to our email. Overall the rental was exactly what was expected with the exception of parking charges. Parking charges were not included in the description and wasn't communicated until after the booking was complete. The rental was clean and was enjoyed.

A 3 star review is disappointing when the guests were only there less than 34 hours. The only thing we heard from guests was the shower smelled like dirty socks. We offered to come reclean but guest had to "think about it" and we never heard back.

Great beach location!

Nice spacious condo, easy walk over to the beach, close to everything but not in the bad traffic section of seawall. Wonderful owners & guy in office at condos super nice & helpful. Enjoyed the lovely pool. If needed anything very easy walk over to Walmart. Just a great stay.
