You are close to the beach and about a mile from the downtown Village with the St. Simons Pier and Lighthouse. With two separate living areas and an open floor plan there is plenty of room for everyone. The home has recently renovated bathrooms and the kitchen has been updated with a new dishwasher and refrigerator.

Enjoy the bright and open floor plan with lots of natural sunlight throughout, or sit outside and relax by the pool as you gaze up at the beautiful oaks.

Walking through the front door you will be greeted by an open living room with a 50" flat screen TV and the attached dining area with a great view of the private pool. To the left of the living room there are 3 bedrooms including 2 master suites.

You will feel comfortable in the first master featuring a king bed and private en-suite with a beautiful walk-in shower, double sinks and a mini fridge in the room, a flat screen 42" flat screen TV with cable, a comfy power recliner, ceiling fan, and sliding glass doors which lead out to the pool.

The second master bedroom also has a king bed, ceiling fan, and full en-suite with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and its own en-suite with a walk in shower. There is an additional bedroom with one set of bunk beds. A half bath is located in the hallway with these three bedrooms. Plenty of room for the entire family!!

To the right of the living room is the renovated kitchen with all new appliances. The kitchen looks out over the second living area with a 42" flat screen TV and the pool. Off of that living area are 2 additional bedrooms (one with a king and the other with a queen bed). Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is a full bath in between with a tub shower.

Head outdoors to sit around the pool in the 2 rocking chairs or patio table with 6 chairs. There are also nice lounge chairs for catching some rays! Rinse off any sand in the outdoor shower.

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

NOTE: This pool cannot be heated.
