This beautiful apartment is fully furnished & is located in a secure building with an elevator.

This 4-story building has a secure parking garage with a private parking space. The building is just north of downtown & easy access to buses or taxis. Most places are in walking distance (fresh markets, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.). Air conditioning or heating is not needed in Cuenca but we do provide a small electric space heater and a fan for your comfort.

Please note: We request no children under 7 years old. Each weeknight (not weekends) there is a Zumba exercise class in the park across the street and they play music for one hour (8pm-9pm), unless it is raining. Also realize that all of Ecuador has street noise, so we recommend sleeping with ear plugs, white noise app, or we also provide a fan for comfort & noise reduction.

Clean and bright modern apartment

I enjoyed my stay in this convenient location. By a park right outside the center. Furnished with everything I needed for my four nights in Cuenca. Very quite for Ecuador. I m a light sleeper and appreciated the new sliding Door in the bedroom, blocking out the noise and light. An innovation! The best kind of hosts, helpful yet unobtrusive. Thanks
