Great value plus central location.

Location location. Perfect for heading downtown or N, S or W. Route 41, Davis Blvd, Airport-Pulling Road all nearby. House very clean and neat, killer air, carport with easy access to kitchen, etc. Good sized unfenced yard. Friendly neighborhood with many dog owners. A bit of construction traffic so back out carefully. Smallish screened in porch perfect for 4. Oakes Market within walking distance but they have limited selection of household items ( plastic bags, paper plates etc) and things are pricey. Owners easily reachable and were responsive to my one minor minor issue. Nice people too.

We had a very nice stay in this great little house in Old Naples area. It was very clean and the owner was quick to reply to all questions regarding the property. It’s a short car ride to beaches, shopping and restaurants and just blocks away from a great market.

Remodeled home near Old Naples

Nicely remodeled, cute home was really convenient with a sought-after gourmet market only two blocks away. Plus Tin City & downtown only a mile away! Easy biking to tons of fun. This was our first time with a carport and boy was it helpful keeping the car clean. The large yard & lanai are very private. Great neighborhood.
