Arbor Lake Getaway 2, just minutes from Wisconsin Dells

Location, location, location! Just 5 minutes from all the fun of Wis Dells! Very clean and relaxing getaway in a quiet neighborhood nestled in a wooded area ! 3 bedroom 1 bath mobile home/cabin in the woods feel ! Our place offers all of the comforts of home. We supply the towels, sheets, dishes, and even the firewood for your bonfire 🔥 ! Parking for 2 cars only and Sleeps 6 people max. No exceptions, that is all my permit will allow. Thank you.
Only guests on the reservation are allowed at the home. ***Ring Security Cameras by front and back door***
It is not on the lake.
Hang out around the campfire or go into town for the waterparks. Lots of things to do near by....
Dells Motor Speedway 2 miles . You can hear them racing on Saturday night.

No smoking of any kind in the house. There will be a mandatory $300 cleaning fee charged. No exceptions!
All dogs must be potty and kennel trained. If any damage occurs inside or outside, or is soiled, total replacement cost will be charged.

Clean, cute, and cozy

This space was just right for our family of five! It was neat and clean, and the decor was so cute and woodsy. The kitchen had a great assortment of pots and pans, plus something most rentals don't have: bowls with lids to hold leftovers!!! It was so wonderful to have a homey place to return to after our daily adventures in the Dells.

Nice stay!

The property is just outside the Dells and 20 minutes away from Devils Lake - we stayed 2 nights to do some hiking, had a couple campfires, ate lunch at Norms in Lyndon Station and Monks in the Dells. Property owner is very prompt in replying to questions or if you need help with the TV.

Great vacation

Our family came to stay near Wisconsin Dells for a week of fun family time and it was great to be able to stay close by the Dells but just far enough away that it was quiet. We loved the setting, it was a nice place to come back to after a long day of activities in the Dells! One of the reasons we picked to stay here was because it gave our family time to be together but also with multiple bedrooms it gave us space to sleep and decompress too! This home has everything we needed and when I had a question Tammy answered me right away! Only complaint was the master bed wasn’t super comfy but thats partly because we are used to a king at home and this was a queen. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. It is such a cute place with fun decor and anything you’d need! Thank you so much!

Nice getaway from downtown

We enjoyed a place to get away from the busy downtown area. A little loud from the race track nearby on Saturday night so we didn't sit outside. Very comfortable beds & couch for us to all relax at the end of the day.

Wonderful stay

A delightful little place that was perfect for our stay. Lots of outdoor space for grilling or hanging out around the fire pit. Quiet neighborhood less than 10 minutes from the Dells. Friendly hosts. Would happily rent from them again.

Little Getaway

Loved it, me and the dogs were able to hit two Parks in 1 1/2 days (Devil's Lake and Mirror Lake and the dells Riverwalk. Close to everything. Lots of options. Hiking in the area was great 👍 Cottage was cozy, equipped, super clean and cute. Lots of room.

This property is in a great location to get away from the hustle and bustle of town; it's an easy drive with easy access to the interstate. The property is well-furnished, and the interior was clean. We did experience an issue with mice on the last night. If you take food, plan to keep it in airtight containers, tightly sealed. There were ultrasonic rodent repellers throughout the rooms.

Great location

The house is in the nature yet only a short drive to the town. Love the surroundings. House is clean and functional. I was surprised I couldn’t find any shampoo conditioner body wash but luckily I had some with me. The aircon is loud but didn’t bother most of us except my son who is more sensitive to sounds. Overall a great place and would recommend!

As Advertised

Just about everything was as advertised. Home was updated throughout and had a nice cabin feel despite being a mobile home. We had some concerns about the race track noise (only a concern in the summer), but we stayed inside that night and while we could hear it, it didn't bother us at all since we were pretty tuckered out from a day at the water park. It ended at 10pm as required. Location was nice and close, yet quiet and private. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, and my kids didn't complain about the others :) Everything was clean and in working condition.

The hostess did not communicate with us at all upon arrival or departure. The “yard” was mud and sand. I paid a cleaning fee but was required to do most of the cleaning before we left.

Unwanted fire drill

We arrived for our stay. Property wasn’t what we were expecting. Ceiling fan was very dusty, as was the ceiling above the fan. However, we were pressed for time as we had a show to get to in the next 90 minutes. When we arrived, it was 62 degrees inside. We turned on the heat since it was to be 43 degrees overnight. Nothing, no sound, no heat. We immediately contacted the host. They did show up quickly to try to address the issue. After a bit of time, he stated he would give us a refund as he couldn’t get the heat to work. We quickly gathered our things, since now we had about 50 mins to find another place, get ready, and get to our show. We packed the car, and was getting in when he came back again. He stated the he got the heat to come on and would now NOT be giving us a refund. Really? When we arrive somewhere, we expect the property to be ready for us. We don’t expect for the heat to not work and have to almost miss a show we also paid for because no one thought to ensure the heat worked on a 40 degree night. I do understand that things happen. However, I also think that when when something happens that disrupts someone’s stay that things should be made right. You can’t just say “oh well, it’s fixed now, try to enjoy the rest of your vacation.” Also, once you promise to give a refund you don’t come back and say you will not honor that. Very disappointing. heat. We immediately contacted the host.

The area was really beautiful and peaceful , the place was so cozy and just felt like home away from home. They supplied firewood and gas for the grill so we didn't have to worry about anything. Definitely going to have to keep this location saved for our next trip to Wisconsin.

We enjoyed our stay with our dog. The neighborhood is great for dog walking. Also we took advantage of the front porch and fire pit . The bed was very cozy too. We loved being able to go visit the Dells and then come back and relax for the evening.
