The space

We provided large screen TV s in every room, with a 65" TV in the living room. Cable with over 200 channels including Fox Sports and ESPN 1, 2 &3 for sports enthusiasts
in the family. We have high speed internet access with upload and downloads speeds of one gigabit. With wifi access throughout the house and garage. The 2 1/2 car garage has been converted to a game room with air hockey table, ping pong table, bumper pool table, and board games of all kinds.
This home is not on the water, but will have access to the lake one block away. A kayak's are available for your use.

A great layout for adults and kids. We loved the fireplace! The kitchen was super sized to handled all our holiday needs. The bedrooms were good size and very warm and comfortable. We could all spread out - no over-crowding in any of the spaces. The overall property was well managed and the swings added a real delight for our young ones. The bunk-bed room was interesting. Overall we would give this an A rating.

Wonderful Hideaway

This rental was part of our family reunion ( 20 people of all ages) during the Thanksgiving week. It fit our needs perfectly. Our host, Kimberly was very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. We highly recommend this rental to all.

Christmas Memories

We just returned from spending three nights with our children and grandchildren for Christmas in this awesome home and cottage. Kimberly had it decorated beautifully for Christmas...a magnificent tree and Christmas decor in every room. When planning the trip, I asked Kimberly's advice on places to go and dine and she went above and beyond in a very timely manner. There were 16 of us ranging from ages 2-64 so we used the home and the cottage which was perfect! The grandkids enjoyed the extra treats of hot cocoa mugs, candy and popcorn that was left. And they espcecially enjoyed the game room with pool table, table tennis, foosball table and more! We brought a movie and a few games but that would not be necessary as there was a whole closet of games and movies for us to enjoy! Although Kimberly was out of town with her family for Christmas, she stayed in touch checking on us which meant a lot! We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to make family memories at any time of year. And Kimberly cannot be topped as a hostess!

Perfect place for a cold weekend!

Chilly outside but warm and comfy inside next to the fireplace. Lots of music, movies and games. Took the golf cart out a couple of times and played a few games in the garage. Very fun.

Son's Wedding

Kimberly Peters was an amazing hostess and the property was beautiful for my family. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor seating and catching up with family. I would return to Little Elm just to rent this property!

Great House

We really enjoyed our stay at Little Elm, the house is very roomy and comfortable. The beds were great. The kids enjoyed the games in the garage. Will definitely return.

Somewhat disappointing.

Large and lots of beds and supplies. Lots of mosquitoes . There was a holding tank full of mosquito larvae. Inside a bit run down for the price. I’m a bit unhappy had to pay an extra $100 to use jacuzzi that we couldn’t use in day because in direct sun snd afternoon and evening too many mosquitoes. Our grandkids got eaten alive by mosquitoes. Neighborhood run down. Some really nice properties and then lot of junk in other yards. I was disappointed when I drove in Knob Hill. Kimberly was really nice. I’ve paid same in other areas of the country and got really fabulous properties. . Mostly the area was very disappointing. Had lots of games in garage for kids but was hot in there and again the mosquitoes. Liked an evening ride in the golf cart. That was a plus. Would I go back, sorry I would not. Kimberly let us have a later check out due to our flight delay. Thank you.

Hi Jill, I am sorry that the mosquitos dominated your vacation. Our entire region has been hit with this short term advance in the mosquito population due to 14 consecutive days of rain combined with the warm temperatures. We had our pest control guy treat the hideaway just days before your arrival, but it appears they were hatching faster than we were killing them. Fortunately the rain has stopped and the mosquito population has diminished back to normal levels for this time of year. We provide mosquito repellant on the shelf in the garage for all guests and it generally works very well. I'm happy that you enjoyed the golf cart ride in the evening and that your grandkids liked the game room. We are sorry you did not get to enjoy the hot tub as it takes a lot of time to drain it, clean it and refill it before each new quest. This is why we offer it as an add on feature and not as part of the rate. We are all about cleanliness and chose to provide clean fresh water for each guest.

Perfect! Home away from home

Kimberly was a delightful host! Her home accomadated my Mother and 4 Sisters plus our families 🥰 we were able to celebrate a graduation, a promotion, my birthday weekend and Mothers Day over the course of a 4 night stay. We hope to make it our anual Mothers day weekend meet! Thank you again, Kim!

Perfect for families

This property is perfect for a family getaway. The game room, proximity to the lake, two dinning tables, cozy living room, and swings in the front yard make this a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your time. We had a great weekend. We ran into a problem during our stay but Kimberly communicated the issue with us immediately and we rectified the situation. Kimberly is a wonderful host and is readily available during the duration of your stay. Enjoy!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kimberly's home for an early Thanksgiving gathering. Kimberly's hospitality is unmatched! The ping pong and air hockey tables were a big hit!

This property was amazing! We were in for my daughters wedding and being in the comfort of a wonderful home made the chaos of the wedding a little less stressful! Kimberly also makes a fantastic chocolate cake! Will definitely come back for a longer, relaxing stay!

Complete Getaway

Fantastic property very close to lake with easy access to lake front. Home was open and airy with all the amenities you could ask for...ice cold a/c, TV's in every room, all the kitchen appliances and utensils you could possible need, as well as board games. Then there was the garage...not only were there big table games (air hockey, ping-pong, foosball, etc.), but also had inflatable kayaks, corn hole, all kinds of balls (basketball, football, etc.), as well as ability to keep garage cool (door is insulated) by opening the door to the house. I could go on and on, but all in all, great experience and would highly recommend....you will not be disappointed!!

Langley reunion

We had a wonderful time! Kim is an excellent hostess. She even went out of her way and made us a cake for our 40th Anniversary. Our twin granddaughters loved all the toys! We enjoyed the lake and just spending time relaxing at the house. We will definitely try to be back!

This property has it all!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Just a short golf cart trip to the lake, very comfortable home with every amenity you can think of! Very affordable for families with kids and can I say how KID FRIENDLY this home was!!!! The game room was perfect for down time, movies and game boards, and even kid friendly dishes :o) we will be back next year with our family! The owner was SO SWEET! She really cared about our stay and made us feel so welcome! Can’t wait to come back next year!

Warm and Cozy, just like home.

This rental was excellent and in a great location! The property was very clean and had so many amenities. It was decorated beautifully for the holidays and there was so many nice touches.
