The apartment of 95 m², is located at an altitude of 1300 m with a beautiful view of the Belledonne massif. Perfectly equipped and refurbished in a modern style and mountain tradition. It is close to the ski resort of Saint François Longchamp, and to the cross-country skiing and snowshoeing area, "Espace Nordique du Grand Coin", located 5 minutes from the house.

You have the possibility to rent the two apartments, Champfol (12 beds possible) and Ponchéry (11 beds), to obtain an accommodation of 23 beds maximum (subject to availability).

During the Christmas and February holidays rentals are weekly (from Saturday to Saturday).

un accueil au top

Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce logement. Nous étions 10 adultes pour la soirée, l'appartement est grand et très bien aménagé et équipé. Les propriétaires sont très avenants et aux petits soins. Seul bémol : l'aspect extérieur de la maison mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. On y retournera !

Gîte très bien rénové

Nous avons passe just eune nuit-étape en revenant d'Italie. Nous étions 10 (5 adultes et 5 enfants). Gîte très bien rénové, propre, et fonctionnel. Propriétaires avenants et chaleureux.
