The house is located in the district "Le Bocage" part of the place called "Bourgenay" in Talmont Saint Hilaire. This area is itself located in a quiet and green environment.
The houses have views of the 18-hole golf course and a free swimming pool. This is reserved exclusively for residents of the "Bocage" and is available from 10 June to 11 September. A swimming pool in the "Pierre et Vacances" club is available at an additional cost.
The forest of the domain adjoins the ocean and the port (500m). It is ideal for ballads or jogging. The area is peaceful and family friendly.
