You will be quite comfortable enjoying the modern architecture with a touch of rustic. Be sure to visit the iconic elk antler arches on Town Square and enjoy dining, shopping, nightlife, art galleries, and events. Unit comes with 2 underground heated parking spaces with a max clearance of 7'3" which fits a standard SUV without roof rack.

199 East Pearl is one of Jackson's most coveted buildings with in-town convenience and midway proximity between world-famous Teton Village /Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, the airport and national parks. Pearl Condo AMAZING

Very hard mattress in master bedroom and very low toilets in bathrooms. Tub drains very slow on guest bathroom. Water temperature fluctuates in master bathroom shower. It goes from warm to ice cold to scolding hot back to warm.

Beautifully appointed place with all the modern conveniences. Top of the line appliances, spacious bedrooms. Clean and well maintained. Comfortable and quiet but perfectly located for a short walk to town center. Would highly recommend staying here and will definitely return too!

Winter Wonderland

This condo was really perfect for our trip. We are from Florida and wanted to see some snow. The town square with the snow falling and ice skating was like living in a movie. We enjoyed the Snow King tubes, the mountain coaster, and went snowmobiling also. Underground heated parking was fabulous, never had to scrape the SUV! Kitchen is wonderful, had everything we needed. The living area was LARGER than I expected from the photos, plenty of room! Fireplace, washer/dryer, really all the things you could wish for. Highly recommend!

The view was awesome. The property is very secure. We had to have passcodes to enter, park, use the elevator, etc. The only thing I would suggest, which is minor, is a full length mirror somewhere in the place and possibly some stand up fans. It was September and we did not have control of the AC so sometimes it was a bit stuffy. We will definitely stay here again though. Thank you.

However, I feel I would be remiss in not mentioning the codes involved to get around the building. From the garage the elevator needs a code - the safety issue is the elevator door closes and you must have a code for it to move. Our friend staying with us took a load of luggage down and got stuck in the elevator even with the code. Approximately 45 minutes later, the building super shut the circuit breaker and got it moving. We made our flight but not a good experience. Spoke to Apex and they said they would contact the building. Something to be aware of....

Mostly good

Most of the stay was good.MBR has poor circulation; AC did not properly cool that room. I called the property manager and a fan was sent the next day. However, whoever delivered the fan disrupted the lock in some way, and from that point on, it required that we manually activate the lock on the door. I would also suggest checking the large throw rug by the window and 2 white chairs; I believe it has fleas (I have flea bites after sitting in that area).
