With the rental of this Beachwood Villa, guests can enjoy convenient access to the pool, beach, and bike and walking trails, as well as the great amenities of the Omni Plantation resort. Guests can relax on the balcony, enjoy the view of the plantation greenway and lagoon under the beautiful oak trees, or stroll to the beach in just 5 minutes.

Charming downtown Fernandina Beach is 15 minutes away and offers unique shopping and dining options as well.

This recently renovated villa includes three large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms upstairs, including one bedroom with two single beds - ideal for traveling with kids. The main level includes a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room and living room, and is equipped with cable TV, a DVD player, and wireless high speed internet.

With this rental, guests enjoy access to the Beach Wood pool, beach, walking and biking trails, spa, shops, and many great dining options. Golf is available at many great courses on the island. Bike and golf cart rentals also available - please inquire for additional information. Please note that there is restricted access to the resort main hotel pool, fitness center, shuttle service, and Racquet Park to only club members and their guests. We will gladly answer any questions about activities and amenities.

Happy little getaway

This condo has a well equipped kitchen, had comfy beds, soft towels, a great view, and is only a short walk to the beach or pool. We rented bikes and rode for miles on the shaded trails, and my boys caught lots of fish in the pond out front. Overall a wonderful experience!

Just lovely!

We couldn’t be more pleased with our accommodations. The scenery is beautiful and so is the villa that features a well-stocked kitchen, lots of storage, and ample room for all. Public space downstairs with three bedrooms + full baths upstairs. We will have to come back when we don’t have a wedding to attend!

Perfect last minute getaway

This property was such an amazing value! Layout accommodated our group perfectly. Villa was clean, well stocked, and beds were comfortable. Grounds of the Omni plantation were gorgeous and our teenagers loved biking around and exploring on their own. Beach access was a short walk across the street and a down a trail. So much to do and see. Lana was a wonderful host and communicated so well. Thank you!

Very Nice Stay

The villa was very nice, everything was neat when we first arrived. The villa was very clean and the Omni Resort was a very good resort. There was no DVD player, only 2 wash cloths, and 2 towels per restroom. That was the only downside, but overall a very nice stay.

We have stayed on the Plantation many times over the years, in several different properties. This property was perfect for a March trip for a family of four...very convenient location (easy to find, central to shops, restaurants and activities, close to beach, bike paths, etc) and was lovely, clean and comfortable - thank you!

Beachwood, Birding and Beach Walking

Great birding and beach walking at nearby state parks and on the plantation; the boardwalk at Drummond Point and Spoonbill Pond at Big Talbot Island yielded good bird viewing everyday. The attractive and nicely provisioned villa was relaxing and offered a park-like vista toward the neighborhood lake. The owner/manager was a treat to work with.

The villa was perfect. It was very cute, clean and had everything we needed. Location worked out well as we were there for a conference at the Omni which is right down the road. Just a short walk to the beach.

The only recommendation I have is more dishwasher pods and trash bags shd be available. We woll.definitely return to this unit. Great Property!

Lana was a gracious hostess - very accommodating. How often do you rent a place that doesn't look anything like the photos when you arrive...this is NOT the case! Lana's property looks as good as the photos...maybe better! Everything has been recently updated - and the kitchen especially is very well equipped. When we visit this area again, we will definitely try to rent this unit.
