Former sheepfold renovated, quiet, with heated pool.

8x4 meter heated swimming pool with alarm. The swimming pool is exclusively reserved for tenants, and it is not overlooked. Restful house, quiet without being isolated, large terrace including a covered part overlooking the pool. The house is located in a very protected environment from a natural point of view, you can see a lot of butterflies, dragonflies above the pool , sometimes deer a few tens of meters away ... There are three bedrooms. A room on the ground floor with 1 bed of 180x 200. Upstairs two bedrooms: the first with 1 140x200 bed and 1 bed 90 x200, the second bedroom with a 140x200 bed. Bed and household linen not provided but possible. Grocery-bar at 400 meters (bread and pastries available in the morning) Garden of +/- 8 ares. Ping pong table.
Gas hobs, dishwasher, all comfort. BBQ on site.
In the heart of Bouriane, ideal for hiking and cycling. Body of water nearby as well as many good restaurants. 22 km north of Cahors. End of stay cleaning included.

Perfect location

We had a really great stay . The property was very comfortable and with the pool and a lovely garden with a beautiful view what more could you want. Thank you Bruno and Carla for a marvellous holiday.

Très belle maison de caractère, dans un coin très calme. Accueil super avec Pierre qui a été disponible pendant le séjour et de bon conseil.Cuisine pas grande mais fonctionnelle avec des équipements suffisants. Le four est en peu léger mais ça dépanne.Pas d accès wifi comme précisé ds l annonce.Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Mais je confirme que les 2 chambres du haut sont vraiment très chaudes. Je pense également que cette vieille maison n est pas très étanche aux bruits intérieur ( dehors aucun bruit) , du coup nous avec des ados respectueux ça c est très bien fait. Mais avec un bébé qui ne ferait pas ses nuits tte la maison serait réveillée !Literie confortable. Salle de bain pratique.Extérieur très bien équipé, Piscine extra et en pleine nature.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Une superbe maison bien rénové. On ne manque de rien. tout est bien pensé. Malgré un temps frais nous avons pu profiter de la piscine qui est chauffé. Un très bon moment de détente. La maison est idéalement située et nous sommes au calme. La personne qui nous a reçu était très sympathique. De même que nous avons un très bon échange avec le propriétaire de la maison. Je recommande cette location et j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir .

Si vous souhaitez passé vos vacances en toute tranquillité , dans un cadre plus que charmant au milieu de la nature, cette location est idéalement située. Vous serez accueilli avec professionnalisme et discrétion par "Pierrot" , qui est également une mine d'informations sur sa région. Cette ancienne bergerie est rénovée confortablement avec un grand espace extérieur et surtout une superbe piscine que nous n'avons quasiment pas quitté. Le propriétaire est disponible et sympathique... nous comptons y retourner.

A fantastic relaxing week!

We had a wonderful week in the property. It was very clean, well equipped and so easy. No surprises. Lovely peaceful location and fantastic pool which was clean and very well maintained. The pool was checked throughout the week which was reassuring. Pierre the property manager and his wife were very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Très bel aspect extérieur correspondant aux photos, mais les 2 chambres à l'étage sont très petites: un four la nuit et tout ce qui se passe en bas s'entend parfaitement bien ! la piscine très agréable, devrait pouvoir facilement voir son fonctionnement amélioré par une révision. Nous espérons que les autres vacanciers ne seront pas ennuyés comme nous par les mouches. très bel endroit du Lot.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la propriété ! Les préparatifs, l'accueil le jour de notre arrivée, la propreté et tous les produits de premières nécessité, la superficie de la résidence, et bien sûr, la magnifique piscine chauffée dans le jardin clos sans vis à vis nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de nos vacances dans un environnement calme et reposant !
