Thanks so much
Thank you for a very nice house near Augusta. Everything was great, and we really appreciated staying at a place that had the feel of a home and not a hotel.

Wonderful stay
The house is very nice and clean. Pictures on line do not do it justice. The welcome basket was a nice touch. Very comfortable property! So easy to deal with the manager/owner. We will be back to this property

Functional and classy
I was just stationed at Ft. Gordon and needed a place for me and my puppies to stay after my original plans fell through. The listing agent and I were originally communicating about another property and she felt that this one was much better to suit my needs. It was more expensive than the other property but she was willing to work with me and offered it at the same rate as the other property! We were in constant communication during the entire extended stay and remained truly helpful with any questions I had and even recommended several bars and restaurants to check out. As for the property, the townhouse was tastefully decorated and super comfortable. There is a good sized back yard that is completely fenced in, a side deck with a grill that is separated from the back yard. You can access it from the kitchen or the main bedrooms french doors. A fantastic wet bar makes any gathering easy to entertain. There are smart TVs in every room and living room with every streaming service downloaded (provide your own log in). The property is situated 5-10 minutes away from any event or destination within the Augusta area. The neighborhood that it is situated in is quiet despite its proximity to one of the busiest streets in the city. Loved the property and its closeness to everything. My wife even suggested asking if we could rent it on an annual lease. Lol. Lock this property in. You won't find a better combination of a good property and listing agent.

Great place
This place was situated in a perfect place and very convenient to lots of restaurants. It was tastefully decorated and it was nice to have a grill to use also. There are lots of TVs throughout the house and plenty of parking for 2 large vehicles.

I want a refund
I would like a refund for the recent stay in VRBO. It was not ready for us or anyone. It’s true that we arrived an hour early so I understand why the rental was without towels at that time. Towels were provided and hand soap because there were none on property. They were also left them in a heap at the bottom of the stairs, still with the labels on, that had to be removed before use. Owner was not ready for us. Owner was not at all prepared. How do you explain the high cost of this rental and then give us 1 towel 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel per person? There wasn’t even a sliver of soap in any of the bathrooms and hardly any toilet paper! We had to go out to purchase more toilet paper, soap and tissues. This rental had no extra amenities, it didn’t even have the basic amenities. We didn’t have hangers in any of the closets. This was unacceptable for any rental. When I told the owner one of the bathrooms didn’t have shower curtain rings and none of the bathrooms had bathmats, I was authorize me to purchase these items and be reimbursed. A house that was ready for renters would have had these items on hand. The room without shower curtain rings didn’t have a mirror in the bathroom and the hot water didn’t work. More reasons owner was not ready for renters. Here are a few other things we had to deal with: No “house information” sign – what to do with trash – check out procedures - etc. Not very professional. A house information card displayed in a prominent place would be professional. No Salt & Pepper No trash bags in any of the waste cans Kitchen faucet leaked Cabinet above refrigerator was filthy and so was top of refrigerator Master shower faucet is very loose Master vanity had crud in the drawers Some random power strips were laying on a floor upstairs, not in use The outside small patio was unusable and filthy! Plus, an old pet dish had rotting cat food in it The back steps had old boards laying around with rusty nails sticking out And the grossest thing of all were the cockroaches in the kitchen. This rental was not ready for anyone. We rented it because we believe and trust in VRBO. I have pictures of everything. I want a refund.
