Completely renovated with high-quality designer finishes. Central AC throughout condo. NO RESORT FEE.

Fully-stocked kitchen with all the essentials will make this condo feel like home. Spacious kitchen counter seating for 4-6 along with a separate dining table that seats 4. There is also an outdoor patio dining table for 2.

Great location

Beautiful apartment close to the beach and tons of restaurants and stores. There was also beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler, cart, etc. Also a well equipped kitchen if you plan to prep meals at home.

Our healing trip

My mom and I came over to recuperate and heal up from the last 2 yrs of loss and grief our stay at the Astin Waikiki Sunset was just what the dr ordered. The condo was beautiful and clean with some of the best sunset views i have ever seen. The hosts were quick to respond whenever i reached out and when i asked if we could extend our stay they went to any length to accomodate us. Even comping a couple of nights. Highly recommend this place.

Great property

This is the third time I’ve stayed at this property, and I will definitely stay there again. It is immaculately maintained. The property manager, Courtney, and her staff are super helpful. The kitchen is nicely equipped. The location at the Diamond Head end of Waikīkī is my favorite. Close to the beach. Walking distance to every thing. Can’t say enough good things.

Perfect for Our Family

My husband and I and our two teenage boys stayed here for a week and it was perfect for us. A great view from the lanai, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and activities and easy in/out of the connected parking garage. Check in and out was seamless and Courtney was a great hostess. I’d definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Waikiki and wanting a little more space than a hotel room.

Great accommodations for a family

Great stay in Waikiki

The property was exactly as advertised. Appreciated the beach toys available to us. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. We had some issues with the property, but the host was proactive and went out of her way to make us comfortable. I would definitely return and highly recommend this unit.

Great Condo in Waikiki

Courtney‘s place is very clean, exactly as the listing is pictured. Beautiful view of Diamondhead. Very comfortably accommodated our family of four. The condo has all the amenities you would need for a very comfortable stay.

This was the second time I have stayed at this condo, and it was as enjoyable as the first. The unit is clean, updated, well situated to the beach, quiet. The manager, Courtney, was very attentive and happy to help in any way she could. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful View and Great Location! The Condo was exactly as pictured on the website. It was stocked with everything that you need, it also had a beach cart with 2 umbrellas, 2 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards and beach towels. Courtney was an amazing host, always very responsive with questions and concerns we had before and after our arrival.

Well-Stocked, Very-Clean, Renovated Condo

For the Christmas holidays, we planned a trip with our two teen boys (16 and 19) for surfing in Hawaii. After booking, Courtney kept us informed of possible A/C repairs and generously gave a discount though it later turned out that the A/C repairs would be pushed back and would not affect our travels.We arrived to a nicely renovated, very clean condo with enough beds and towels for all of us. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots & pans, utensils, etc for us to cook our own breakfasts. The boy appreciated that the condo was close enough to the Wakiki beach them to walk about 10 minutes to rent surf boards. Please note though that the condo is located at the end/edge of Wakiki beach. Though it wasn't far for us to walk to the more central area for shopping and restaurants, it may be a little bit of a hike for younger ones. :-) Overall, it was a great experience for us.

Clean, great view & location

The condo was very clean. They provided lots of things to make our stay comfortable. We had a car for our trip and the parking garage attendant wouldn’t let us park until we checked in with security. It was kind of confusing but everything was fine after we figured that out. The location was great for walking to the beach, restaurants, and shopping!

Courtney really goes above and beyond! The condo is beautiful. The photos really don’t do the view justice, it literally took our breath away as soon as we opened the door. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Hawaii.

Great location! All the little things done well!

The location was only 2 blocks to the beach, easy walk! The condo had such nice finishes and was well stocked with every you need including some coffee! Plenty of towels. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella and rollbag. We had a few minor requests and Courtney promptly replied. The view from the lanai was amazing. You won’t find a better place to stay in Waikiki in my opinion

Excellent location 2 blocks from beach. The condo is nice, well remodeled and furnished. The kitchen has everything you need. The view is awesome. Parking is a plus. I wish the full size surf boards were included :) Body boards were available though.
