Endroit très calme et tranquille proche des commerces et del'ocean. Très pratique avec les vélos. Petit bémol logement pour 4 un canapé pour 2. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Great location

This is a top floor apartment in a lovely building. Great location for the beach and cycle paths to the forest and other towns and beaches. Residential road so very quiet especially at night. 7 minute walk to town for shops and restaurants. You share the front garden with the other upstairs flat. Parking on the road at the front of house. The flat has everything you need but is basically furnished. It has a dining table for 6 but only has one small sofa that sits 2 people and no other soft chairs. Mimizan is a beach resort so accommodation is at a premium. Overall it was OK for what we paid.

Aucun soucis avec la location. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, l'appartement que nous louions était propre, bien entretenu et très agréable. La localisation dans une rue calme d'un quartier résidentiel est un vrai plus car nous n'avons fonctionné qu'en vélo durant notre semaine. Très bon réseau internet (ce qui est toujours un plus ^^).
