Highly Recommend! Would love to stay again!

This property was perfect! We had a group of 7 adults who stayed together in this house for nearly a month. Lots of space for everyone to spread out, work from home, enjoy the sunshine and relax. The kitchen is setup well and it was easy for us to cook at home. Backyard setup was beautiful. Pool worked great. Loved having the hottub. Outdoor space was above and beyond with thee large table, outdoor kitchen, outdoor tv and even outdoor heaters. Overall, we were looking for a house in the dessert to hunker down in and this was the ideal setup. Will likely be calling again to see if we can rent again in 2021.

Wonderful home! Property manager could be better

This is a great home. As advertised. Roomy. Beautiful. Great tiles, bright, open, airy. We loved our month there. Easy access to amenities in the neighborhood. The property management company is a little unusual. Instead of just leaving check out info in the binder or giving it to you at the beginning, they send you an automated note at checkout to call them for instructions which just seems inefficient. They were also a little unclear about what dates were available so that changed when they realized they hadnt accounted for the covid window needed. Some dishes needed to be re washed. But these are minor things. It's a nice place and I highly recommend it.

Property needs to be cleaned more thorough

Left 11 days early - Infestation of crawling & wall climbing & flying bugs in house, pool and outside area. We used our vacation killing them. Owners wanted to bring in exterminator - so we decided to leave. We found BBQ & area dirty with leftover food bits on BBQ grill, no propane tank, some towels were dirty and cobwebs (ontop of lamps & corners). Outside patio area tile very slippery when wet. Husband slipped and fell on these tiles.
