Luxurious desert living at it's finest! This 2600 sq. ft. newly renovated home boasts a backyard paradise with a large heated swimming pool/spa, generous sectional sofa, a 10-seater dining table, hammock, BBQ, and fire pit. Brand new beds and linens, a Chef's kitchen, pool table, board games and office nook. Conveniently located nearby to PGA West Golf, Coachella, Joshua Tree, shopping and restaurants. This home has it all! There is even an orange tree in the backyard! Lasting memories are made here!

The space
Every luxurious bedroom has brand new comfy beds, new high end pillows, duvets and crisp, white high thread count sheets.

All three bathrooms are well stocked with towels, and shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers in the showers.

The kitchen has a breakfast station with everything you need to make the perfect morning coffee. The kitchen is well stocked so you can make great meals to enjoy and share with family and friends either at the indoor or outdoor 10 seater dining tables.

A game room with a pool table and plenty of board games will definitely keep everyone happily entertained.

The pool/spa heating is automated and controlled by remote for your convenience. Pool/spa heating is included with your stay at no extra charge.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home minus one closet designated for the cleaning crew.

**We offer contactless check-in and check-out and adhere to local and state sanitation guidelines. This includes a minimum 24 hour gap between reservations.

**The property is fully enclosed for your complete privacy. (Your privacy is extremely important to us. No security cameras are inside the home or overlooking the backyard pool area. There is one security camera overlooking the front entrance, one facing the driveway, and one security camera on the side of the house by the pool equipment facing the front gate and there is the security doorbell camera).

The house was perfect for our stay. We had a blast doing puzzles on the big outdoor table while the kids swam in the pool. The house was clean and well stocked and the owner was very responsive to our questions. We would stay again

We had a lovely stay at this house. The host was incredibly responsive and warm, the property manager came over within minutes to help with a few small things and couldn't have been nicer. The house is quite large and comfortable. We were impressed with how well-stocked it was with towels and kitchenware. For a week stay, we felt right at home. The pool and spa were both plenty warm for our kids to splash around in, although the backyard got limited sun, we were there during a cloudier stretch so I'm sure that's better other times of year. Everything was in great condition, we made good use of the laundry and it was nice having a bathroom and bedroom on the first floor for my mother to stay in. Overall, nothing but good things to say and we'd definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

What a place! From the wonderful kitchen, the unbelievable back yard with pool and hot tub, this is the place if going to the Palm Springs area!! We had plenty of room for 7 adults and 3 children! Everyone wants to go back again in the near future!!

Great stay in Indio!

Clean, comfortable, perfectly appointed home in Indio, we used for a family weekend! Was very happy with the kitchen accoutrements, open space plan, lovely private yard with pool and spa. Our contact was amazingly available to answer questions. Everyone slept soundly with very comfy mattresses also. I recommend this property highly!

Sun getaway from cold north

We came down for a week of golf, hiking and sun. We had our fill of all three in a great week of above seasonal temps. This house comfortably handled our group of 8 adults. House had everything we needed, highlighted by a great back yard to relax by the pool/spa. Excellent location with a supermarket a couple minutes away and a Costco five minutes up the street. Would definitely stay here again.

This was so easy and great

Rejeni is a wonderful host. The communication was excellent . . . prompt clear responses to any questions, direction for arrival and departure were very easy. The home is spotless and in a great for location and she even left us some surprise welcome items. I'll stay here again if I go back.

The home was perfect!! My family from overseas in Town for my daughter’s wedding loved their stay in this immaculate home that offered it all - comfortable beds, beautiful pool and backyard and everything you need in the home- and more!! The home was just as beautiful in person as online. It was very clean, comfortable and just what we were looking for. The highlight was the pool. We swam everyday! I also loved the outdoor seating. We had most of our meals outside. I would highly recommend this property!

We have a fantastic time at this property. There were 8 of us with plenty of room for all. Backyard is a great layout with a nice pool and hot tub. Plenty of seating areas and a good balance of soft spaces with the artificial turf and the concrete around the pool. Location was perfect right near shopping and groceries, not too far out of Palm Springs either.

Great Stay in Palm Springs

I don' think I could say enough about how great this property was. Check-in was easy, communication with host almost immediate and most importantly the house and property was really clean! This was also one of the very few rentals we have had that everything in the house, pool and backyard worked. We never had to contact the host once. If you are staying in Indio I would highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

We were two families travelling with an 18 mth old, 2 x 4 year olds and a 12 yr old and the property was a great size in accommodating all of us. The children enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub as well as the pool table. The well equipped kitchen had everything we needed and more. The property managers were very responsive with all of our questions and requests. Definitely recommend.

Impeccable house!

We had the best time over the 3 nights we stayed at this house. It was exactly as the online pictures and more! The house was very clean and came stocked with so many amenities from kitchen gadgets to make up wipes and toothbrushes and toothpaste! We didn’t leave the house the whole time we were in town, and all the games that were provided help to keep us all occupied. I would definitely recommend this house!!!

Amazing getaway

This was exactly what we needed! The property was clean and had basic supplies that made the trip enjoyable. There were plenty of games at the house for our kids to enjoy. The pool and hot tub were great and being able to heat whichever one we wanted when we wanted was a huge plus! Rajeni was great to work with. We had no issues and would highly recommend this rental to anyone who is looking to stay in the Indio area!

Fantastic house for our girls golfing getaway

From the moment we reserved, the communication from the owner was helpful and prompt. All the pre-stay info made arrival so smooth. When walked through the front door, we were delighted to find the home as described without any unknowns or extras. All the little details like the welcome bubbles were such a nice touch. The backyard was a haven at the end of the golfing day with the hot tub and pool and well equipped outdoor living space. The kitchen had everything a chef could want and made eating at home a pleasure that we cancelled a couple dinner reservations. Bed mattresses and linens were very comfortable for tired golfing bodies. We are looking forward to returning for our next Palm Desert golfing getaway.

Amazing vacation resort! What a gem in the desert!

We decided we needed a break from our home and Covid and saw this property. The house beat any expectation I ever had of a rental! The pictures don't do this house justice-it is huge! The house was beautiful, sparkling clean, you can tell a lot of thought and care was put into it. The backyard was INCREDIBLE!! Lots of space for eating and hanging out and lounging. My kids loved the floats. We were looking for a place that was like a resort so we didn't have to leave-and we didn't! The kitchen was well stocked and I appreciated the breakfast station for my morning coffee. The beds were so comfortable--I had the best sleep that I have had in a long time. I know where I will be staying when I come back to the desert. Thanks for an amazing vacation for my family. This place is really an incredible gem.

Perfect house to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday.

We couldn’t have chosen a better house to stay in to celebrate my daughters 18th birthday with 9 of her friends. First and foremost, the property host was awesome. She was right on top of things when we had a couple mishaps and needed Something fixed that the kids had accidentally broken. We had a wonderful time and they never got bored because of all the fun things to do there. During the day they had fun with the outdoor pool, outdoor games, hammock, a barbecue, basketball hoop out front, etc . In the later evening after quiet time hours they had so many things to do inside the house. The red pool table was a definite hit, as well as all the board games and movies, and because the house was so big there were lots of places to relax for downtime. The whole house is very spacious, clean, everything updated and has all the amenities we needed. We loved the added nice touch of toothbrushes and toothpaste provided for guests as well as a nice gift basket basket upon arrival.

Sparkling clean property with amazing backyard!

What a fantastic rental! Sparkling clean indoors and out! We had 8 people in our party - 4 adults, 2 teens and 2 tweens. Most of our time was spent in the backyard which is amazing with a heated pool, hot tub, sitting area, huge dining table/chairs, hammock, grass play area with yard games and a separate gas fire pit area. The orange tree was full of ripe oranges that made some delicious mimosas! Indoors has plenty of space and the pool table/game area was a popular hangout for our group. Bedrooms are nicely done with stylish decor, comfortable beds and linens. Bathrooms are spacious with double sinks and plenty of towels. Kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities and more. High speed WiFi allowed two work-from-home adults and four kids to remote learn at the same time without any delays. Location is in a quiet neighborhood yet super close to all major stores like Costco, Target, grocery stores. Property owner is excellent with communication, made sure we had everything we needed and replied quickly to any questions we had. Pleasure to rent from her. If we had a suggestion it would be nice to have additional TVs. Maybe one in the game room, outside or individual bedrooms. However, this would definitely not dissuade us from booking this home again because everything else was so amazing and we really did spend all our time outside.
