My husband grew up in Brunswick and I grew up on St. Simons Island. We have finally retired and returned to St. Simons to enjoy all the special things this island has to offer. I am a 'hands on' manager/owner and will continue the high standards that our properties are known for. I will take great pride in maintaining this property for everyone's enjoyment.
Debbie purchased this Apartment in 2011
Why Debbie chose St. Simons Island
St. Simons Island is one of the few places left to visit that maintains that small town atmosphere and friendly and relaxing feel. The pace is unhurried and the dress is casual. There are other destinations close by for day trips, like Jekyll Island, Little St. Simons and Cumberland Island which have history and lovely beaches. St. Simons has about two miles of beaches, Neptune Park with family activities, plus community theater and a great public library making it a great place to visit. Biking is a wonderful past time with bike paths all over the island and the island is very flat. If you love nature, the hundred year old live oaks with the hanging spanish moss are beautiful. Concerts and art shows are held in the park in warm weather, and there is a Tour of Homes during the holidays. The PGA holds the McGladrey tournament here in the fall. Yachting, sailing and deep sea fishing are available as well as a casino ship with daily cruises. All things together make St. Simons a great place to visit or live.
