This wonderful vacation home (major renovations completed in 2020 & also in 2021) is only a block away from the beach, has a very open floor plan, has 20+ ft cathedral ceilings (very open & airy), and is located in the heart of Cherry Grove. This vacation Home is located on a canal overlooking salt water marshes which are home to colorful and fascinating wildlife. This home has a great view of the Channel, which connects to the meandering creeks of the estuary where you can sit on the dock, relax and watch the Pelicans, Osprey & Egrets. From the dock you can fish or crab, or simply enjoy the quiet, beautiful surroundings, beautiful sunsets. Parking for 8 Autos. I Charlene Law have owned and managed this property since 2013; I am a teacher for Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools and love teaching... almost as much as I love Cherry Grove Beach. If you are a Family seeking a relaxing beach vacation, we would love to have you enjoy our lovely beach house.

We self-manage our property and pass on these savings on to our guests. We do not tack on substantial additional fees and surcharges as all other property management companies do. These save the tenant $795-$995+ per week depending on the week rented. We encourage you to view the home via google (street view) to see more details. Note: the exterior of home (as of 2021') now has a new Bluish-Grey exterior and also has all new Windows and Doors, Remodeled Bathrooms/Vanities, plus a new roof)

Very open and airy Great Room with 20 ft. cathedral ceilings. Very large Family Room seating for 12; DR Table seats 8 plus 4 other barstools at eat-in island bar; Awesome views from back deck of the marsh and wildlife, birds, etc. A golf cart can be rented weekly from one of many golf cart rental companies in North Myrtle Beach if desired.
