The villa of approximately 180 square meters is from 2016. It offers a capacity of 6/8 beds maximum (3 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room)
It is guarded 24- 24h by the caretaker who has his own studio

On n'aurait pas pu rever mieux!

Quel superbe sejour nous avons passé a Saly!! La villa est idealement placé pour vivre vraiment des vacances à la fois reposante et enrichissantes. Awa et Maurice sont deux personnes incroyables avec qui nous avons vraiment apprécié partager et ils sont extremement disponible et serviable. Ne manquez pas la chance de gouter l'excellente cuisine d'Awa, un vrai régal! Si vous séjournez à Saly et ne voulez pas vivre au milieu des autres touristes, n'hesitez pas un instant et reservez cette vila! Merci pour tou!

une maison formidable!

Encore un excellent séjour chez Christophe et Lucile, oú tout est conçu pour qu’on se sente chez soi. La propreté du lieu, la belle piscine , les grandes pièces , la gentillesse du gardien Maurice, la proximité du centre de Saly, tous ces points ont motivé notre choix d’y séjourner à nouveau cette année, et puis sûrement, l’année prochaine également !

Accueille avec gardier super tres gentille par contre femme de ménage pas tres accueillent sinon tres belle villa avec grande piscine commerces et plage pas loin de la maison gardien suveille bien la maison et vraiment un super gars la maison est vraiment bien situé .

Belle location, grande, propre, avec tout le confort…

Belle maison, très propre, moderne, avec de belles pièces et une grande piscine, très bien entretenue. La climatisation marche impeccable, La maison est bien placée sur Saly, à proximité des commerces et de la plage. Le gardien, Maurice, est d’une extrême gentillesse. On s’est tellement plu chez Christophe et Lucille qu’on a déjà réservé pour l’année prochaine. L’électricité est certes à rajouter (comme d’ailleurs dans la plupart des locations), mais le tarif reste raisonnable, et pas de mauvaise surprise. Je recommande vivement cette location J’ai juste hâte d’y revenir…

Excellent. Mais la climatisation de la chambre en face des escaliers (a l’étage) ne marche pas. Il faudra trouver un moyen pour que le client connaisse exactement le prix du Kw (Electricite). Le prix officiel est de 119,86 F alors que le gardien m’a annoncé 150 F. J’ai réglé sans souci mais ce serait bien que le client ait un prix officiel. Superbe séjour en tout cas. Une maison bien sympathique

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans la villa. Elle est spacieuse, climatisée et il y fait bon vivre. La piscine est magnifique… Maurice le gardien est très gentil et discret (intervient si besoin). Awa est une excellente cuisinière qui satisfait nos envies culinaires. Zal le taxi guide prend le temps de nous faire découvrir le pays à notre guise et a su répondre à toutes nos questions. Cependant, il manque à la maison des portes manteaux, des torchons dans la cuisine et une horloge ainsi qu’un petit kit ménage (éponge, produit vaisselle etc…). Nous vous recommandons cette villa!

Beautiful house, in a beautiful area with very friendly owners

It was a perfect vacation spot for us in Senegal. The pool, the outdoor kitchen and the city and beach in walking distance was a ideal location to have the choice between: explore the area and the beaches or just chill the whole day at the house and by the pool. The owners were also very friendly, and fast with the responses when we had contact. Also the security man Maurice was super nice and a pleasure to meet.

Je recommande pleinement cette villa pour un super séjour au Sénégal. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et sérieux. Aussi, l’équipe …. Awa qui est disponible pour la famille à la maison, très gentille, sérieuse, agréable et aux petits soins. Maurice le gardien est très disponible et super cool. Sans oublier Zal le taxi qui a su s’adapter à nos envies. Ils nous ont appris beaucoup sur le pays, les traditions, un réel plaisir !

Pourtant cela aurait pu être parfait

Belle maison, belles grandes pièces, piscine parfaite et bien entretenue, au calme, gardien exceptionnel, disponibilité, gentillesse, discret.....mais....l'imposition d'une femme de ménage d'un très faible niveau, 30% (6500 cfa/jour au lieu de 5000) plus chère que la moyenne de Saly souvent au repos et systématiquement en retard (10h, arrivée, 16 h départ) du coup la propreté de cette belle villa n'est pas au rendez-vous, loin de là, miroirs sales, baies vitrés jamais lavés, les mêmes draps 12 jours sans être changés serviettes de bain non plus et j'en passe, la liste est plus importante. Dommage pour cette belle maison, mais la présence imposée de cette dame est rédhibitoire, donc si cette dame est toujours imposée ( dans le contrat en toutes lettres elle est la seule autorisée) je ne louerai plus cette villa, et je la déconseille, dommage, en 15 ans de Sénégal je n'avais jamais vu cela.

Villa magnifique avec tout le confort proche des petits commerces et de la plage, nous avons passés un séjour inoubliable la piscine est sublime et très grande. Maurice le gardien est un ange.
