Casual elegance is apparent in this upscale, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms townhome in the Ocean Breeze/Treetops complex. Located in the beautiful South Forest Beach Area of Hilton Head Island, this unit offers the best location being just across the street from shops, restaurants, and the Atlantic Ocean. Since it sleeps 8 people comfortably with 3 master suites that offer plenty of personal space, it is the perfect selection for a girlfriend’s getaway, baby moon, family excursion, or just a quick weekend getaway from life’s everyday hustle and bustle.

As you enter, bamboo hardwood floors will welcome you and flow from the entry through the dining room and into the great room. Dining for 8 offers convenience in this space. he updated functional, U-shaped kitchen has granite countertops and beautiful cabinets with a built-in wine rack for all your favorite wines. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need.

Entertain everyone on the luxurious sectional sofa in the living room where the sunlight will tranquilize your mood; sit for hours and binge watch your favorite television shows and movies, play a board game or snuggle with a novel. Relax and reflect after a long day at the beach on the back deck and utilize the chairs and table for a game of poker in the moonlight.

The main level also features a first floor master suite w/ king-size bed, flat screen TV and private bath. A half bath off the great room completes the first floor.

On the 2nd floor you will find the two remaining master suites, as well as, a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. One bedroom includes a king bed, a flat screen TV, and private bath, and even its own private deck so you can sneak out, get some fresh air, and star gaze. The final bedroom is perfect for kids or young adults, since it features two full-size beds decorated in pinks, greens, and blues, a flat screen TV, and a private bath with granite countertops complete this space.

The Ocean Breeze/Treetops complex has a swimming pool that is open from April through October, free on-site tennis, and is only a short walk to the beach. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex. Two car passes are provided per villa.

Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom, 6 adults total.

This unit has potential

This unit is filthy. Charging tenants a cleaning fee for this unit is theft. Pure and simple. We could not walk barefoot through the unit because our feet would turn black after only a few steps. The ceiling fans are covered in thick dust. Additionally, we were aware of the hole in the entry way floor, but expected this to have been repaired prior to our arrival - it is a safety hazard. If the unit were not so filthy, we would rate 5 star because of the size, comfortable bedding, and location. I hate to leave such a review, but future tenants should be aware. Also, the current owners should be aware of the poor cleaning being preformed here. A thorough cleaning and new carpet would completely change this unit. Please do better for your tenants and owner, so this unit can live up to its potential.

Great location

Rental was very spacious. Loved the starter packs for shampoo and body wash as well as the start up for the kitchen. The location offered what we were looking for. I brought my own beach towels as the listing didn't indicate that they were included. This would make a great addition. The entry floor needs repair. Multiple soft spots. Would stay again and recommend.

Great Unit for Two Families

The unit layout was great overall for two families of four. We used the third bedroom as the kids bedroom and they slept comfortably in the beds (treated it like a sleepover). We had four adults and 4 kids (between ages of 3 to 7). It was also nice that every room had it's own full bathroom and the common area had a half bath, which was a great convenience! The living room area was a great size and plenty of seating for everyone. The deck area was a little deceiving in the pictures, much smaller in person. We weren't able to use it much because of the exterior painting that occurred the week we were there. They did cover everything with plastic to protect items from over spray but still was an awkward part of our stay. I notified the property manager of the cable not being hooked up and also, the entry area had some subfloor issues where flooring was sinking in. They sent someone to fix the cable but the flooring was not addressed and I didn't receive a call when they were at the unit, so I could be there to point them out. It would have been nice to know when they were there or that they'd been there (by leaving a we were here now), so that communication could have been better. It also would have been good to have the flooring issue corrected, since it was a trip hazard at times. If someone heavier steps on the spots, could potentially be a fall through - so I recommend it being fixed. These were the only real flaws of the unit. It was also dirty on top of the refrigerator. The amenities were great and in good condition. We used the pool and tennis court. The location was perfect. Bike riding distance from the beach, the main road, and grocery store. It was just enough away, that you were tucked in a quiet area with no outside disturbances. We would recommend this unit to others
