Hot walk to beach

Spacious and well stocked. Nicely decorated but floors and woodwork could use a good cleaning. I also felt it was a bit far to the beach but was walkable.

Great location!

The unit is well maintained with 3-1/2 baths and comfortable beds. The TVs all have full cable, and the location can't be beat! We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great Space!

We stayed in late July with 3 couples and two toddlers. The space was laid out so nicely for our group! Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which was great. The condo complex was very quiet! The pool was great, and it was an easy walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Room to stretch out- nice place

Excellent unit for multiple couples, families, guys or girls trips. Private ensuite bathroom in each bedroom and a powder room. You can never have too many bathrooms! Lol - This condo is a five minute walk to Celebration park and a mmfew reataurntz. A ten minute walk to the beach, and Coligny plaza

Every thing you need in HH

Property was great for the 5 of us. Good location, short drive to the beach. Plenty of seating space. Unfortunately we found out about the trolley the day before we left. Overall, main spaces were clean but there were some places that needed a little more attention.

Great location but needs better cleaning

The dishes and entire unit need better cleaning. There was damage to unit upon arrival that I informed the contact person about. The contact person didn’t return my call after I left a message and I had to call her again a few days later. Then when I texted her pictures of damage she didn’t respond. It says there is a home gym but there wasn’t one. Close to beach, restaurants, shopping.

Loved our stay here!!

The condo (second floor) was spacious and had a great location! Close to the shops, food and beach! (You must try Stu’s Subs-AMAZING) The condo itself had plenty of room for our family of six (all adults)! The kitchen was stocked with the necessities and my favorite part was each bedroom had its own bathroom, plus a half bath between the kitchen and living room! Had a great big sectional and two smaller recliners, plenty of space for all of us! If I had any complaints I’d say it needed a good wipe down of things, it felt like no one had stayed there in awhile, it wasn’t dirty, i just felt it needed a quick wipe down. And if I could suggest adding a full length mirror somewhere in the condo!!

Visit to Hilton Head

Our stay was originally scheduled to be for Vacation and to support my Mother-in-Law and Father-In-Law in their journey through beating her cancer. Unfortunately, Cancer took her from us too early so our stay instead was different. The place and the staff at Evolve were amazing. They got back to us very quickly. They accommodated the changes we needed to make and communicated effectively with Kindness and compassion. The place was clean and very quiet. The television was a bit different to figure out but not a big deal. We will definitly book again.

Family vacation

We always have a wonderful time visiting HHI. This location was great. Easy walk to the beach or drive 1 minute and park in the free beach parking area by Coligny beach. The unit is not as pictured. The furniture is different not a huge deal but you may want to update the pictures. Sink on the master bedroom upstairs was cracked and the faucets leaked. Some of the kitchen items should be replaced. Pans are old, toaster only works on one side and the coffee pot should be upgraded. I had to contact the manager to tell them that the pool was dirty and needed to be cleaned and that the pump didn’t work. They were quick to respond and the next day all was good. All in all this was a great vacation for all of us. Place was very roomy and the beds are comfortable. I would recommend this place to ofhers. Hopefully the items I mentioned especially the sink in the upstairs master bathroom will be fixed soon.

Great location and space

This condo is in an amazing location with a good amount of space (hard to find a 3 bedroom in HHI) and overall nice appearance, all for a super reasonable price. Have no complaints about the property at all but had to give it 4 stars for the lack of communication. Tried twice to talk to someone (one via email and one via the number provided) and got no response either time. While overall it was an urgent matter, one of the issues was that the cleaners (or last guests) didn’t leave the pool access cards and it would’ve been nice to have someone respond.

We are still waiting to hear from the property manager about a refund for the 1st night - as our air conditioner did not work and it was 85 degrees for the first 24 hours. The repair guy said he had been at our unit before. The manager accused us of freezing tue unit . We were told someone would contact me after the trip and no one has .

Pros and Cons

I really feel like this place has a lot going for it and could be awesome with a few small changes. Pros: -Awesome location! We were able to walk to the beach and dinner. -4 toilets! Every room has an en suite, plus a half bath downstairs. -Cozy furniture. The beds and couch were updated and great. -The woman on call was wonderful, very responsive when our power went out. Flashlights would have been helpful. Cons: -This place is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. -The pool and hot tub were not open. -The kitchen pans are stainless. These take SKILL to work with. I would have brough a few of my own if we knew. -We lacked basic things: sponges, soap, trash bags, beach towels etc. -The home is mostly updated but the kitchen is pretty original. Its usable, but beware if you're looking for a fully updated condo.

Great condo, poor response to issues

We loved the condo and love Springwood Villas, as we have stayed there for many years. We had a great time and the condo was freshly painted with comfy sectional living room furniture that worked great for our family of seven adults to lounge around. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. The powder room on the first floor very convenient. However, the guest services communication was very poor. Some of the kitchen appliances need updating - the blender broke while we were there and although promised an ASAP new blender it never arrived so we had to get our own (we were reimbursed on the last day). We also had to take care of three wasp nests on the balcony that were communicated as an issue, but not resolved by guest services, making it difficult to sit outside. The coffee maker worked fine, but had clear damage from years of misuse, as the heating pad was scorched beyond cleaning. Finally, the advertisement and the guest instructions need to be updated, as there is no access to the tennis center as advertised. These things were inconveniences and although I believe the guest services should have addressed them, we still had a great time!

The property is very dated. The kitchen countertops have burn marks on different places and the dining table has wine marks/stains. The sheets were stained and when one of the members of my group grabbed the extra blanket, it was full of stains, dirt, and hair from previous use. Our comforters had marks and we're not sure if they were washed prior to our arrival. In the kitchen, the collander (first item we grabbed to wash salad fixins) still had dirt from previous use. We had to rewash everything that we used during our stay to make sure they're clean. Under the sink was used sponges and what looked like mouse droppings - I'm not sure if they are as I didn't touch them. That cabinet remained closed our entire stay. The cold air return vent/grill is caked with dust, as well as all bathroom and stove vents. It's very unfortunate. I had high hopes about this property. I received lots of emails prior to arrival, including one with contact information for any concerns we have during our stay. But when I emailed about a question we had, no one responded Overall, the condo can use thorough cleaning. And having said all that, the building is in a phenominal location. Close to trails, beach, stores and restaurants - these, we thoroughly enjoyed.

Unfortunately not clean

The villas themselves on the outside need to be updated and maintained better. Handrail going upstairs to villa was broken, walkways needed sweeping. When we checked in the air conditioning did not work, bedding on main floor was stained and dirty along with the comforter that should have been thrown out. We could not sit on couch because there was so much food on it. Kitchen chairs had so much food crusties that had to be scrubbed off. We contacted property manager and she sent someone right away for the air to be fixed and a cleaning person to come. The bathroom vent was very clogged and dirty as was air intake vent for air conditioning. The air filter for the heat/air looked like it had never been changed. Simple maintenance fixes that should be done twice a year. It wasn’t until the next day that we noticed our feet were getting dirty from walking on floors so my husband wet some paper towels and wiped up the floor and it was extremely dirty. The floors could not have been wet mopped in quite awhile but property manager disagreed with us. I have pictures and sent them to her. Did not feel like arguing so we wore shoes inside at all times. Windows and blinds also very dirty. Window over bed needs a blind because of bright lights outside all night. Update your photos because furniture that is in pictures is not what is there. Positives- nicely decorated, close to beach and restaurants good if you need 3 bedrooms. Bathrooms were clean.
