Welcome to our home, Hideaway Villa, a crisp, relaxing space with three roomy bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. The living space includes an open kitchen with seating at the counter, dinning table for the whole family and living space with a view of the patio and lagoon beyond, and includes an additional 1/2 bath. You are a short walk to the beach and the shops and restaurants of Coligny. Celebration Park is steps away.

Our villa is located in a quiet setting, with shade trees and lagoon. Enjoy the pool from April - November, and enjoy the pool deck year round.

Ready for the beach? You are a 10 minute walk to the sand. You'll find a locked ground-floor closet to hold your beach items. You may want to pack beach towels to bring with you.

SNOWBIRD SPECIAL: $2,400 plus fees for entire month of December or January. $2,500 for February. Cleaning included.

SUMMER AVAILABILITY - For your convenience, Hideaway Villa is not available for Saturday check-in/check-out to help you avoid the heaviest Saturday traffic. Consider Sunday to Sunday bookings.

WINTER SPECIAL: From November 1 to March 1, stay a minimum of 5 nights and get the 6th night free. (To receive discount, please mention at time of booking.)

Other things to note:
Entrance to Hideaway Villa is on the second floor, accessible by STAIRCASE only. The villa itself is two-stories. No noise from upstairs neighbors to contend with! Pool accessible by spiral staircase. Hideaway Villa is within a non-smoking/no-pets community. No smoking or pets are allowed.

As you plan for what to bring for your stay, please keep in mind that you will be provided with the following: one roll of paper towels, dish washing soap for the sink, one or two dishwasher pods, detergent for one load of laundry, toilet paper and tissue for each bathroom, individual sized shampoo and soap for each bathroom. The kitchen has coffee filters, salt/pepper and may have olive oil. We offer a drip and a Keurig coffee maker.

Each bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. A small roll-away single is provided for the 7th guest.

A pack-and-play is provided, and is maintained only by guests. Should you choose to use it, please wipe it out before and after use.

You will have two dedicated parking spaces numbered 98. There is other un-numbered parking available on a first-come basis. (Please do not park in spaces with other numbers.)
